A great stay!

We had an excellent weekend. The room was cozy, clean, and welcoming! The breakfast is varied and balanced, fresh… just delicious. The hotel is nestled in the heart of the 9th, easily accessible by subway or Uber! We will return with great pleasure, thank you for this welcome.

Below expectations

The hotel is in a very convenient location, with two Metro stations within easy walking distance. The neighborhood itself is pleasantly quiet, and we had no problems of any kind during our stay. The hotel is functional, but, judged against the expectations attached to its four-stars, it falls somewhat short. The common areas, particularly the lobby and garden, are attractive and well designed, and the front-desk staff were consistently courteous, helpful, and professional.
The rooms, however, are the weak point. The furniture and overall décor feel distinctly dated, and the level of maintenance does not quite match what one would reasonably expect from a hotel in this category. The room was adequately clean, although nothing particularly remarkable.
The real problem was the bathroom: there was a persistent sewer-like odor. This is not a minor aesthetic issue. For a four-star hotel, I find it difficult to regard this as acceptable.

Charming Hotel, Great Location

This hotel was ideally located and very charming. The room was smaller than expected and slightly worn. But we very much enjoyed the common areas and beautiful courtyard.

Regarding the absence of a safe in the room, we don't understand because there are one of each room.
