Highly recommend!
The room was small, but clean and fine for the two of us. They offer a nice breakfast for €10,50. (Breads, yogurt, cereal, coffee, tea, and 'cook your own' soft or hard-boiled eggs - see photo)) There are several restaurants within easy walking distance. I would stay there again! We were on the 4th floor. Thankfully, there is an elevator.

Very disappointing!
Perfect when passing through the Gare de Lyon (10 minutes walk)
HOME:
Mixed because very variable according to the employees...
BREAKFAST:
Correct overall (except when you come across a croissant from the day before heated in the oven )
In a blind room in the basement
Price 10,50 €
BEDDING:
Really uncomfortable (the mattress is so tired that you almost sleep on the bed base)
I hear that mattresses are changed regularly ... but I didn't have the chance to enjoy them twice...
SOUND INSULATION:
The rooms are very poorly soundproofed either on the sides or on the ceiling:
You can hear everything that the neighbors say with little respect for the other occupants of the hotel...
VALUE FOR MONEY
145 € / night (without breakfast)
CLEANLINESS
Decorative cushions are placed on the clean pillows while one can easily imagine that the occupants put them on the floor by opening the bed... (Same for the pseudo bed top which is not much use)
Sanitary facilities are ok
DECORATION
Decoration relatively dated
The rods are patched with tape
The skirting boards are in bad shape
CONCLUSION
I do not recommend this hotel
I will not come back to it again: the bedding is not up to the asking price...

Small hotel at the top
Regarding the room, the impeccable bed with extra cover if needed, the sanitary area and impec shower at the level of cleanliness. Breakfast in the basement with well stocked buffet.
Close to the metro and quiet area where you feel good
I highly recommend
