Wonderful! It deserves each of the 5 stars!

Very well located hotel, comfortable bedroom and bathroom, with an excellent shower, as requested. The plus of our room is the baggy, overlooking a part of the Eiffel Tower.
Delicious breakfast, and restaurant that serves dinner almost every day except on Sundays and Mondays. We had dinner there for the last two nights. On the first night we shared a wonderful meat, but on the second night we asked for a cod that, frankly, barely gave to a person! And even though it was delicious, we were super disappointed and hungry, not to mention that we paid expensive for it!
I would like to conclude with a special thanks to Chloe, super attentive and professional receptionist! She helped us with everything, including booking and buying tickets for the Bateaux Parisiènne. Very friendly and helpful all the time! Thank you so much, Chloe!
After all, I would not only return to this hotel, but also recommend it to those who come to Paris.

Perfect for any occasion

The rooms and the location of this hotel were perfect for our time in Paris. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable, just like home, and the special birthday surprise made me smile every time we entered the room. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

a Luxury stay steps from the Champs Elysees

This hotel checks all the boxes. Excellent location, very attentive service, comfortable and well designed rooms and top notch air conditioning which came in handy in this summer heat wave. The staff spoke English which was helpful for us non-French speaking travelers. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also purchased the Birthday Package which was set up beautifully on our arrival and provided a celebratory experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in the future.

Nice Stay

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. The best was the terrace, we did not like our room at all, the bathroom in the middle, vey smail, very narrow. I understand we have the best view of the tower but for the money I spend I was specting a much bigger room.
The staff is way too young , some of them have no costumer service experience . When we first came in the girl just gave us a the key and left. She should have come upstairs with us, show us the room and how everything works, she did not.
The restaurant we wanted to have dinner, sat down and when I said I need it to eat WITHOUT SALT, he said, THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR YOU. I couldn't believe that ..........how don't you have a piece os steak and a piece of lettuce in the kitchen that is not salted. So we had to go walk and find a place to eat dinner, In my 15 days in France it was the only restaurant that did that.
I like to thank you for the flowers in the bed, the baloons, and champagne , and fruit.
It was a nice touch.

However, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. While you enjoyed the view of the Eiffel Tower, we regret that you did not like the size and layout of the room.
We also apologise that our receptionist was unable to show you to your room upon arrival. Unfortunately, she was alone at the front desk at that time. While this does explain the situation, it does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide.
Regarding your dining experience, we have investigated the matter with our restaurant team. We were informed that alternative salt-free options were offered, including a salad and a fish dish, but these did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we regret the way this was communicated and have shared your comments with the team.
Your feedback has been shared with our management team, as we are committed to continuously improving our service. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again soon to ensure you have a more enjoyable experience.

Perfect

This was a trip to explore Paris with my best friends. It starts with the hotel. Hotel Marignan is in the perfect location. Just off the busy Champs élysées. Location perfect, service perfect, staff perfect, room perfect.
