I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location was very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience and would be happy to stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good value for money
Really good location. Great value for money in my opinion. It is a very basic hotel but was fine for us as we did not spend much time in the hotel at all. Easy check in and check out :)

I looked at some of the reviews about this amazing hotel. This hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly with the best personalities. We were late for breakfast they were closed. They opened up for us to eat. I couldn’t give one bad thing about this place or the staff. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Completely unacceptable service and conditions.
If the rating system allowed for zero stars, that is exactly what I would give this hotel. You pay a premium for the location, but the experience is incredibly disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk receptionist was unwelcoming and entirely unhelpful. The rooms are outdated, lack cleanliness, and are completely devoid of basic amenities. When I realized there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion in my room, I called the desk, only to have the receptionist refuse to provide them.
Even a simple request for extra pillows was met with a reluctant, "Let me see if I have any," which is unacceptable for a hotel that was clearly half empty. And at the end he said we don’t have extra pillow.
Beyond the terrible service and the inconvenience of only having one elevator, the noise level is unbearable. Being right across from the train station means dealing with the loud sounds of trains running late into the night and starting up again early in the morning.
Please do not be fooled by the convenient location—save your money and book elsewhere.

Under-Performs as a 4-Star Hotel
Hotel Mercure Eiffel, Grenelle Review:
Housekeeping:
1st Day – Room OK on arrival
2nd Day – Coffee not replaced, Bath towel removed, & not replaced, Rubbish bin in bathroom not emptied. 2 cups removed.
3rd Day – Coke not replaced. Glass with used teabags not removed.
Hotel:
Taxi took us to wrong “Mercure Eiffel” – Despite giving driver correct name.
- Receptionist at “Mercure Eiffel – Paris Centre” Gave us instructions on how to find our hotel, & said “It happens all the time.”
Not enough coat hangers. (6 between 2 guests).
“Privilege” Room is tired.
Need shelf in bathroom.
Need grab rail in shower.
Hotel is tired. Not 4-star standard. – Perhaps re-brand as Ibis
Breakfast:
Cooked breakfast is restricted.
Day 1 – NO sausage or bacon until I had finished my breakfast.
Subsequent days EITHER sausage OR bacon. No hash browns.
Just baked beans & scrambled egg.
Housekeeping:
