All FOH team were incredible! Friendly, welcoming, supportive and made us feel at home. Facilities are good and never busy/crowded. Great location and not far from main train station

I expected much more for the price. It feels more like a 3-star hotel. The pool and gym seem to exist only so the hotel can claim to offer 5-star amenities, but they're barely usable. The sauna wasn't working either. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

Ruined 60th Birthday

Totally failed service day after day!! This is meant to be a five star hotel - certainly on price but failed to deliver to a much lower standard.
We went for four nights. Before we went we communicated my wife’s allergy to feathers (they trigger an asthma an attack) The hotel wrote back to confirm this would not be a problem.
On the first evening after a night out we checked the bedding and it was all feathers. There was no explanation as to why this was the case when the hotel had responded confirming an understanding of the request. The hotel found some feather free pillows but could not replace the duvet and my wife had to sleep under a blanket - remember this is a 5 star hotel!
The next morning I asked at reception that the duvet was replaced. We came back at 1600 and bed had been made but the duvet had not been changed, even after being reminded!! They managed to change it after further complaints.
A friend of ours had sent a surprise gift of a spend at the hotel. They got confirmation that the money had been taken and the gift left in the room. This was completely untrue!! We were very embarrassed when our friends had to ask whether we liked the gift - we never knew anything about it even though the hotel confirmed it had been out in our room. Were they just taking the money!!!
No explanation was ever given as to the error and the money was then refunded to our friend.
At breakfast the hot food was cold, and the service was poor - we were ignored and had to ask for the standard fair.
We found rubbish and a broken glass left on the stairs .
The door staff, a. Ight runner, and the lady manager at breakfast were the only redeeming features.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful experience during our stay at Le Damantin Paris Hôtel & Spa. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.
They greeted us with such kindness, always ready to help with a smile, and made us feel completely cared for throughout our visit. Whether it was offering thoughtful recommendations, assisting with little details, or simply checking in to ensure we were comfortable, their hospitality was consistently beautiful and heartfelt.
The atmosphere of the hotel is already stunning, but the lovely service truly elevated the entire experience. It made our romantic getaway feel even more memorable and meaningful.
We left feeling relaxed, appreciated, and incredibly grateful. I can’t recommend this hotel enough the customer service alone makes it a place we’d happily return to.

Overall a good quality hotel with helpful staff and a wellappointed room. Good location too.
