Surprisingly very good!
We booked this hotel solely because of the room with a terrace, and we didn't have high expectations, but the hotel was surprisingly very good.
Pros:
1. Location: the metro is right across the street from the hotel, there's a supermarket, pharmacy, lots of restaurants (Le Quai is very good), and even a kebab shop nearby. The river is nearby, so you can walk along the embankment to the centre; it's a bit far, but there are nice spots.
2. The room is surprisingly high-tech: power outlets on both sides of the bed, great lighting in the room, air conditioning, and automatic blinds.
3. Wonderful bathroom, excellent mirrors, and great lighting in the bathroom.
4. Good breakfast with two options – small and full.
5. There's a vending machine with free sparkling water as well as drinking water.
6. The terrace overlooks the rooftops of the neighbouring buildings. It faces the sunny side, but there's no umbrella; it's a bit hot on hot days, but nice towards night.
7. The room is new, clean, and the beds are comfortable.
8. Slippers and robes in the room.
9. Quick check-in and check-out.
10. Polite and helpful staff.

1. Both pillows are quite thick, so I ended up sleeping without them. But that's a minor issue.

I will only say this:
- first day they do not clean the room.
- On the second day, I ask a staff member to clean the room and we go out; he says he will do it right away; after 20 minutes I go back up and no one has cleaned the room... and he is no longer there, I ask a lady to do it and she, somewhat annoyed, takes care of it, overall we spend 40 minutes waiting.
- On the first day upon arrival, the kettle and glass bottle in the room were not clean and there was water inside.
- In the bathroom, the sink drain is leaking water and not a little (room 304).
- On the third day, the cleaning lady comes around 4 PM and we are in the room and she gives us the sheets; the room still not cleaned, cleaned once in four days.
- The reception staff are detached and distracted, they keep changing and you never know who you are dealing with, they respond but are never polite, except for a nice curly-haired boy.
- The environment is overall very anonymous, I did not feel at home or in a hotel but more like in a shopping mall.
TOMORROW I will make the bed at my house!
But shouldn't the manager take care of this? Who takes care of it?
Month of the visit: June.

La ringrazio per aver dedicato del tempo a condividere la sua esperienza all'interno del nostro stabilimento. Sono sinceramente dispiaciuto di apprendere che il suo soggiorno non è stato all'altezza delle sue aspettative, in particolare per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia. Tuttavia, sono molto sorpreso poiché è stato effettuato correttamente ogni giorno, tranne il primo giorno in cui aveva esposto il cartello "non disturbare".
I nostri standard di pulizia e comfort sono fondamentali, ed è inaccettabile che abbia riscontrato tali disagi. Desidero assicurarle che prendiamo i suoi commenti molto sul serio.

Top staff. Access (transports) easy. Calm and comfortable.
Staff very friendly and attentive. Comfortable and with Metro station at the door.

Disappointments
Hotel well connected to the subway but in a concrete environment. Privilege room comfortable but with reduced volume. Beverages in the refrigerator minimized compared to a time when there was a wide selection. Breakfast in a limited space with cold industrial decor that is uninviting. Coffee served at the table, reminiscent of the good old days of attentive service. The bar counter serves as a station for pastries and bread with butter and jam, which is impractical!
The seating arrangement at breakfast caused friction, with the customer having to comply with the staff's directive, who always fears not having tables for more than two people. We had to remind them that the customer is king and can choose where they want to sit for breakfast, which they pay dearly for.
In short, unnecessary frustration given the price charged, which becomes exorbitant in Paris.
