very disappointed
We found products in the fridge. The products had probably been purchased by the last tenant. Products had an expiry date of 14/03/2026!!!! We arrived in the room on 17/04/2026. I conclude that the room has not been made since a very early date upon our arrival. The fire detector was absent in our room!!! We reported on Friday, 04/17/2026 around 6:30 p.m. We were told that this was going to be corrected tonight. We went to dinner and on our return nothing had been corrected.
On 04/18/2026 after having breakfast we again reported our problems and had a rather weird answer, it seems that the person who had to clean the fridge found nothing in it.....
I showed the pictures of the inside of the fridge at the front desk and insisted on believing that nothing had been done.
For the fire detector here is the answer given. ON WEEKENDS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO INTERVENE BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE TO DO IT!!!!!
When we left on 19/04/2026 around 9:45am we were asked how it had been our stay, I again talked about the problems of cleanliness and security. So it will be difficult for us to return for a 4th time to this establishment.
I will report our problem to the site director by email.
