Fabulous accommodation, would highly recommend. The property is beautiful and set in stunning grounds with a lovely swimming pool. The accommodation is very nicely presented and spacious, with a number of lovely touches eg shaving kit. Emanuel, the host, is utterly charming and went to a lot of trouble to make us feel welcome and help us eg storage for our e-bikes. We had a delicious breakfast. The accommodation is about a mile out of the town centre but well worth the trip, set in the countryside opposite a very pretty vineyard (with some great wines).

Great stay in a very quiet Domaine in the heart of the countryside outside Pont Saint Esprit

Lovely rural French Domaine located in the countryside outside the small town of Point Saint Esprit, on the river Rhine.
Great room (Bassin) located on the second floor, country French style, with beams and loads of character, plenty of space, plus excellent air conditioning and good bathroom.
Breakfast was simple continental breakfast, fruit, yogurt, granola, juice, coffee and bread basket.
Pool was great set in a really quiet rustic garden. Boules area, table tennis and games available were nice touches.
The room towels were rather hard but that would be our only area for improvement.
Great value for money and for that and Emanuel’s hospitality it deserves a great rating. If you’re after a very quiet and chilled place to stay you’ll find it here.

Nice property in beautiful Provence with great breakfast.
However a few issues bring the rating down: 1. Our room didn’t have AC (not sure if all rooms don’t) and ceiling fan wasn’t enough to keep it cool, which meant that it was difficult to sleep. Especially as weather wasn’t even the hottest it could be in peak summer. Also no mosquito nets on windows so couldn’t leave them open either. 2. We asked if we could stay by the pool after check out as our flight wasn’t until the evening and we were only given 1h. Don’t understand why we couldn’t stay longer as new guests wouldn’t have checked in until 4pm anyway.
Stay wasn’t cheap, so details and service matter.

Charming Inn with a Beautiful Pool

Our family was in the area for a wedding and this B&B was one of the bride's recommendations. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. The chateau is historic and charming yet beautifully restored and maintained. We had 2 rooms - Platanes and Bassine - both were spacious, comfortable and clean with beautiful modern bathrooms. Breakfast was delicious and served in the L'Orangerie or on the terrace depending on the weather. The pool was peaceful and had a lovely view. The town isn't within walking distance so you definitely need a car, but there is ample free parking. Our hosts were gracious and friendly, and we would highly recommend staying here.
