To flee absolutely
We reported the problem to the reception, who offered us two alternatives, both inadmissible:
A room with an ill-fitting partition, letting through all the noises of the hallway and located right next to a Service door constantly slammed by the staff.
Or a room where the toilet was literally in the room, without any partition or separation, which is totally unacceptable to a hotel.
Faced with this grotesque choice between discomfort and total lack of privacy, we decided to leave the establishment immediately without spending the night.
Despite this intolerable situation and immediately reported to Booking.com, the hotel categorically refused to proceed with a refund, as if all this was normal.
This behaviour is based on a total disregard for the customer and a flagrant lack of professionalism. No responsibility has been assumed despite conditions clearly contrary to what is presented online.
I strongly recommend this hotel. There is no justification for paying for this level of benefit. Run away

I contacted the number on the voucher. One woman answered me, she told me that “the reception was closed and did not open until 5pm. I told her that we had a paper with 2pm written on it, she told me it doesn’t open before 5pm, you went to the site? It indicates that the check-in is at 5pm.” She tells me she has no solution for me.
I will look on the website and note that it says that the reception is “open from 7am to 11pm”. I'll call her back. She stays on her positions, forgetting friendliness.
A couple arrive at the same time, they had also booked a room and wanted to do the check-in. We found ourselves at 4 in front of an empty Pension and a manager who did not care.
At 4:55 a man arrived. On the phone, he did not address us any words or looks and just opened the reception. We got our card back, without kindness and without excuse from the hotelier.
We had a room on the 3rd floor, the elevator was not working (when asked if the manager works, answer “ba no” it’s true to have an elevator that doesn’t work it serves). The hallways are pretty dirty.
In the room, a strong smell of withdrawn. One and only electrical outlet in the entire room, located under the TV, nothing else.
Does the website mention a recent renovation? We must not have the same definition of renovation.
The sliding door of the bathroom has only the name.
Let’s not even talk about the soundproofing of the rooms: we can follow the discussion of the next room.
And icing on the cake: behind the door the rules with indicated the reception times which are 7:30-11pm, definitely we were mistaken for idiots to have to wait 5pm.
