Simple and friendly

Charming hotel very well located on the heights of Rocamadour with a magnificent view of the perched village from the nearby esplanade. The room is spacious, quiet, with very good bedding, and a lovely tree-lined terrace. However, it lacks a courtesy luggage rack. The parking at the back of the hotel is very convenient and free. The breakfast is very generous, made from homemade or local products. There is both savory and sweet, as well as dried fruits. We also appreciated the welcome and kindness of the owner. I highly recommend it!

Superb

A very beautiful discovery in Rocamadour!
Thank you to Stéphane, Barbara, and the entire team for their attentive welcome and good humor.
The room was very pleasant with quality bedding, the breakfast made of local products was excellent, and the tree-lined terrace adds real charm and a relaxing aspect to the place.
A friendly address with a very good value for money that we recommend without hesitation.

Hotel very nice

A "family" hotel as we love them with a really friendly but professional welcome too.
The rooms are spacious and pleasant.
The parking is a little set back from the back entrance of the reception.
Breakfast, served buffet style, is very good.
Little doggies are admitted, subject to participation.

Very good choice

A cocooning hotel room, very clean, quiet in off season and quite affordable in terms of price.
The welcome very pleasant.
The room was small but enough to just take 1 shower and spend the night

Mixed experience

We enjoyed several positives during our stay, including the great location, free parking, comfortable bedding, the size of the family room and the kindness of the employee upon arrival.
However, several aspects made our stay complicated. Although the family room was more expensive for more space, it had a scent of closed, despite the use of fragrant solutions. The TV, very small, was disproportionate to the size of the room.We also noticed a lack of electrical outlets on each side of the bed, and some outlets did not work well, which surprised us. The water takes a long time to heat up and then becomes very hot, to the point that my husband has burned himself. The room, located under the terrace of the restaurant, suffers from a total absence of sound insulation, which hinders the calm. Finally, Wi-Fi, advertised as free, is non-existent in the outside room, which prevented us from watching a rugby match on TV, as no Canal+ channel is available.
The breakfast room is very small and we found it strange that the forks were placed in a pot rather than set on the table. The products offered were correct, without more. The morning staff lacked a little warmth, often absorbed by their phone.
In short, a half-hearted experience that deserves improvement. For a 2-star hotel, we have experienced much more qualitative establishments.
