Not a great experience.
Checked in as part of a Joe Walsh pilgrimage tour. Room was two single beds pushed together. Room small and beds hard. What was the most annoying part as we were on half board and we had to head out to a restaurent which took us a half hour to walk to. We had already been walking lots already that day and we were tired. It seems the Hotel has no Chef and they have an arrangment with this restaurant ? If it was raining we would have been drenched. Everybody was complaining in our group about the length we had to walk to and from the restaurant. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

Good location, about 5 mins walk to the stade de France with a few restaurants around. Not much in term of cafes or shopping.

Worst Ibis ever for me
The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired: stains on the pillowcase, indefinite substance on the table, a tired mattress with a hollow in the mattress and what to say about the restaurant except a big joke at gold price. I see a sangria à la carte (12 euros anyway, which is expensive for a sangria) and I had to call the waiter back from the first sip because I did not see the connection with a sangria: extremely sweet drink with lemonade, raspberry syrup but no code near or far with a sangria. He said, you want more brandy? I preferred not to answer. I then order a fillet of bar sauce dog and he sells me the gratin dauphinois. On arrival, I have a hot caesar sauce, I have to claim the dog sauce which was just a bowl of olive oil with onion. As for the gratin dauphinois, there was no nutmeg, no garlic, the potatoes were dry and there was gruyere... So it's not like a dolphin gratin. I did not eat it, the waiter asks the question "How was it?", I answer him that no and that he cannot call his potato gratin a dolphin gratin, he laughed but did not seem interested in my answer, in which case why ask the question. And my neighbors at the tables had asked for blue cooking, they got soles in their burger... In short, a restaurant king of revisits and convinced that what it serves is the real recipe. When's the Burgundy chicken? And of course, no commercial move on the bill. Worst Ibis ever for me.
