Very good

Very nice hotel, staff of extreme kindness.
The cuisine is more than excellent; it's a shame that the restaurant is closed 2 days a week.
We encountered a heatwave; we thought there would be a water dispenser at the pool, but there was nothing at all. The people I met made the same remark. Upon leaving the hotel, we were asked if everything had gone well. I pointed out the lack of water, especially with such high heat, and I was told that we needed to go to the SPA to get some. I told them that they could have informed us upon our arrival because I have stayed at several hotels in Alsace, but this is the first one where there was no water at the pool with 39 degrees outside; we would have appreciated it.

Nice hotel with all amenities.

Very nice hotel with beautiful rooms. A good restaurant and a
very good breakfast make the stay an experience.

Charming hotel

Beautiful building of period a charming hotel with 2 gourmet restaurants,,, 2 rooms,,2 atmospheres for the restaurant very good dishes worked, refined,,, the room was very cozy very comfortable thick carpeted,,,, mini bar,, beautiful bathroom ,,, the bar area at the reception has a nice outdoor terrace,,, spa center and very pleasant,, well clean,,swimming pool at good temperature,, functional Jacuzzi,,, nice sauna area ,,, only weak point breakfast for a hotel and a high level restaurant I found that the weak point was breakfast not much of course but some fresh fruit juices in the morning and not a juice dispenser would be very appreciated have found in the hotels much less rated and a scrambled egg or on the dish a little hot spot more nice put everything on the same level as the hotel is the restaurant,,, with cooks full of talents in your staff this point should quickly find a solution I think,,, that's why I maintained the rating of 5/5 ,,, I will gladly return

Experience described above

Hello.
After staying several times at the Park in St Hyppolite
This time we were surprised by an impersonal atmosphere.
Our package included drinks included in the restaurant Josephine (gastro).This service corresponded to two small glasses of wine served sparingly by a waiter who would have to change....bedding.

14 February between 2 old friends , a menu at 46 € everything was perfect , the welcome , the excellent meal and the setting very well decorated for the occasion ,
