Excellent

Brilliant. A lovely family run hotel. We arrived to a warm welcome, the room (and the view) were perfect, the bed was so comfortable, glorious shower. A perfect place. Highly recommend.

Atypical charming hotel

I recommend this atypical place, old mansion whose rooms have been renovated, impeccable bedding, large bathroom and the charm of the old with sea views.The welcome of the boss is super nice, smiling, available, of great kindness. Breakfast with local produce is hearty and delicious. A great stay this Easter weekend.

disappointing

Pleasant Welcoming and nice location. On the other hand, my room type Deluxe room (205 € per night) had a strong smell of bedding (linen type impregnated with a smell of poorly washed hair), which kept me from sleeping. I was alone, without staff present in the evening or in the early morning to see the problem. The hotel then replied by phone that they were “three to check” and had not smelled anything. (Of course) Also noteworthy: insistent request on what I wanted to get coffee and kettle, and kettle provided obsolete to plug on the floor. First time I come across this kind of situation.

Beautiful stay in a suburb of St. Malo in an old mansion

We spent three nights in the beautiful and romantic mansion with fantastic views of the harbour. Since we had booked very early, we got a large room with balcony and direct view of the harbour. However, the room was on the 2nd floor. Floor and it wasn't easy to carry the suitcases up. But for that we were rewarded with the previously mentioned spacious room. The bathroom was also very large and provided with a spacious shower. The breakfast buffet offered everything you need for the day, everything was arranged in small glasses. The young man at the reception was very polite and was the good soul of the house. - The bus connection directly in front of the house to downtown St. Malo was good, even if in the afternoon the bus did not stop in front of the house (but was not a long way to go). - We were lucky and could park the car in front of the house in the private parking lot. - Conclusion: a beautiful house with 3 stars and a private character, which is excellent for a few days in St. Malo. We will definitely come back.
