To be a bit out of time and with family.

We had an excellent relaxing stay, at a slow pace in the peaceful countryside.

Two stars and very small...

I spent 4 nights in this hotel with half board; the room was clean, and the view of the mountains was very beautiful. Very difficult to access, 5 km of very narrow road; two vehicles cannot pass each other without maneuvering...
The welcome was not professional at all... the breakfast and meals, a good truck stop does better; at least there is a choice... and if you choose to have 2 scoops of ice cream for dessert, there is a €2 surcharge on the half board.
As for access to the pool, you have to go down a very steep 150m slope; impossible for people with reduced mobility... the same goes for access to the rooms, there are stairs everywhere. Dead plants that have been there for a long time in a hallway leading to the rooms... and I could go on... what a shame, the place is beautiful.

Bonjour Monsieur , concernant notre professionnalisme nous sommes très surpris de votre remarque , il me semble que nous avons passé beaucoup de temps a vous indiquer et décrire les lieux magnifique de notre région afin de vous en faire profiter au maximum ,que le service et les chambres ont toujours été impeccable et réactif, comme vous le dites si bien .Concernant les repas ,il est dommage que vous n en ayez pas parlé sur place car nous sommes toujours a l écoute de nos clients objectifs ,nous sommes logis 3 Etoiles et contrôlés regulierement sur la qualité de nos produits aussi bien au petit déjeuner qui en propose 50 différents avec notamment du miel d Ardèche , confiture corse , œufs fermiers etc , que lors de nos repas , civet de chevre de saint Pons , truite d Ardèche ,escargots de saint Remeze, glace bio d Ardèche , et effectivement tous ces produits ont un cout car produit en France avec toutes les taxes et autres impôts que vous connaissez surement déjà et que nous sommes, en partie tout du moins ,obligez de reporter sur les prix aux clients, sans jamais rien cacher de leur surcout Enfin nous sommes situé a 600 m d altitude et comme précisé lors d une conversation nous sommes sur un relief inversé , d ou la piscine en contrebas, ce qui permet également plus de tranquillité pour nos clients et les plantes et les animaux meurent , c est le cycle de la vie ..Il est également dommage que vous ayez mis 2 Etoiles au total alors même que votre propre moyenne nous situais a 3.5 ?

A perfect stay for an exceptional view.

We had a great time. Everything was perfect.
The place and the view are beautiful.
The owners of the hotel are very kind and very attentive.
This is the second time we've been here. We have returned as a large family and there are plans to return as soon as possible.

a perfect stay in every way.

superb experience in this magnificent hotel , the welcome is simply perfect , a dream location in the middle of this department with thousand colors that is Ardèche, bright and perfectly inserted in its environment l hotel is comfortable with an exceptional view, the cuisine is seasonal and excellent, we will come back!

Nice tops...but deep bottoms...

Nice tops but deep bottoms... the pool is well located and the view around is pretty but the tiles are damaged everywhere and you can get hurt, the sanitary and shower are dirty and the decoration goes to shreds. The tennis court is impassable because it is too bad.
The terrace for breakfast (very good) could be nice but it is not maintained.
The balcony of our room is large but the outdoor furniture smells so old, do not put a towel to dry on a deckchair because it must be washed quickly!???
The view from this balcony is not very pleasant because we see a very ugly façade of the hotel, and of course, there is no photo of this façade on the site of Mother Biquette...
The new owners are very happy with their shop...but they better roll up their sleeves to clean, maintain and improve.
The place is of character, at the end of a nice and wild little road but we will not go back because we had the unpleasant impression that everything would continue to run down.
