Hotel to recommend +++

Hotel to recommend with your eyes closed. A warm welcome, a breakfast with only homemade products that is top-notch. Easy to do everything on foot. The owners take great care of you and it is more than appreciated. Everything was perfect. We will return with great pleasure.

Hôtel Pont Blanc

Still just as pleasant, welcoming, very warm. I recommend this hotel for its location, quiet and very close to the shopping street and restaurants.

AWESOME

Everything is perfect. We loved the welcome and the breakfasts are magical with homemade exclusively. Not a single mosquito bit us:), the rooms are cosys and the establishment is 10 minutes from the center so very quiet. Couldn't have been better! We'll be back with some friends. Congratulations to the family for keeping this hotel on top.

EXCELLENT

Room a little small for 3, but finally it remains a detail so everything else is perfect, after all the room we are there only to sleep.
The room looks directly onto a lawn, great for children
Heated swimming pool, very nice
Breakfast, what to say if not that everything is homemade and just excellent with a great choice, impossible not to feast
Melody the boss is on top of top
The staff is helpful and smiling
The premises are clean and functional.
A dream extended WE

Most horrible experience ever!

This hotel is really not OK. We had booked a renovated room. The mold thick on the joints in the shower and a dirty dirty shower curtain. The paint was peeling off in some places in the bathroom, the silicone screed was worn, so this was definitely not a renovated room. To make matters worse, we woke up in the early night from itching. The bed will be full of ants. So I stayed awake and sat outside at the pool very early. In the mini garden attached to the rooms was not an option because of broken lawn chairs and sunbed full of bird droppings.
After reporting this I still got another, albeit unrenovated room, and a bottle of wine. Toilet was almost under the sink. In the bath no stop, so one could only stand in it to shower. Everything old and worn, but no ants, that was something.
They would refund the price difference, we eventually got 26€ back. Breakfast was ok the first day. Lots of homemade cake and pie. We stayed there for 5 nights, and at our 5 breakfast still stood the remnants of the cake and cake from day 1. It already looked a lot less appetizing. Coffee was done is a glass drinking bottle, but when you turned the screw cap open there was a thick black layer of dried coffee. So these were not washed every day.
Surely this hotel urgently needs to start thinking about what they are doing. In the end we paid almost 900€ for 5 nights with breakfast. This isn't really cheap.
Had they compensated us fairly, I would not have written this Review, but their concession was substandard. I do not understand the rave reviews here, and therefore doubt their authenticity.
