Discovery
Dinner for two. Very nice decor, friendly and attentive staff. We had a pleasant time, delicious dishes... discovering basil ice cream... surprising but enjoyable. Thank you and don't change anything.

A perfect time at Black Bass in Annecy
We enjoyed a really delicious snack, simple but perfectly mastered, with quality products. Special mention to Charlie, our host, who was very friendly and extremely pleasant throughout the moment — a real sense of welcome that makes the difference.
A very successful experience, to make and redo without hesitation!

Valentine’s Day break — an exceptional hotel to know by the lake!
Upon arrival, you feel expected and welcomed with rare elegance. A huge thank you to the reception team, especially Adriana and Leoni, for their kindness, professionalism and sincere attention that makes all the difference. Same excellence in housekeeping (impeccable room, neat details, smile) and spa: benevolence, calm, sense of service... everything is thought out to get you off the hook completely. We haven’t tested the restaurant, but the overall experience clearly makes you want to come back.
The place is simply a bubble: private access to the lake walks, peaceful surroundings, incredible views, and a room that is cozy, warm and perfectly designed for a stay for two. It feels like we are cut off from the world, with the lake as a permanent setting.
Special mention for the treatments reserved for my companion, of a high quality: without ostentation, but realized with a real feeling of discreet luxury.
Finally, a word to welcome the resumption and the presence of the director, Mr Lallemand, who we really feel involved and present around the operations: it is rare, and very pleasant. This further reinforces the impression that the establishment is run with high standards... and with heart.
Only two small remarks (which do not detract from the quality of the stay, but can still elevate the experience): in room service, the truffle sandwich club was a little too thick and would benefit from being finer and more elegant in its presentation, despite the use of a very good quality country bread; and at breakfast, offering a fresh pressed orange juice of the day would be consistent with the standing of the place.
In short: a place where you feel deeply good, where the customer is clearly the focus of all attention. We leave conquered, rested... and with one desire: to return.
