Good location
Weird reception desk area with two staff. Very busy while we were there. The staff were pleasant checking in. As stated by many getting into the room was hard due to the tv/closet area. You have to go in side ways. Bathroom was small but adequate. Could have done with a proper clean mould around the shower area. The pulse air was non existent due to being very warm weather thankfully we could open the windows at night. Restaurant staff were lovely and food was good. We were there during the Ironman and there was a problem with the lifts. We guests were told very abruptly by a receptionist with curly hair to climb the stairs they were on the 6th the poor guy could hardly walk in the door never mind the stairs. She was very rude to guests. It was a very central location near the train station.

We are sorry, however, that several aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. As you mentioned, our rooms and bathrooms are compact, in line with ibis brand standards, and we understand that the room layout may not be ideal for every guest.
We also regret your observations regarding the cleanliness of the shower area. This is not the level of quality we aim to provide, and your comments will be shared with our housekeeping team for follow-up.
Regarding the temperature in the room, the unusually warm weather during your stay certainly put additional pressure on our centralized air-conditioning system. We understand the discomfort this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Finally, we are particularly sorry to read about your perception of the interaction regarding the lift outage. The simultaneous breakdown of both elevators was an exceptional technical issue, but we fully agree that clear communication and a courteous attitude remain essential, especially for guests who may have mobility difficulties. Night stay during high heat
Disappointed, we reserved a room with air conditioning. In reality, it is a collective system that barely cools the room. Bathroom poorly arranged.

dissatisfied with asking for some paper!
We stayed at this hotel for two nights, from 3 to 5 April . After buying water and soft drinks at a price of €6 and up, I asked for a piece of paper to cover a toast because I didn't make time for breakfast and I had the bus waiting for me, and so the receptionist raises my voice (I don't know his name, but it was the gentleman with little hair, almost bald). And he tells me it can't be done. I don’t think it’s a way for a bit of paper after spending a bit to stay there.. Dissatisfied.

A pro trip? This is not the right place!
If we give you room 303, run, hoping the other rooms aren't like that.
A very small bathroom and very poorly arranged
The bed is simply a very uncomfortable mattress top, and zero electrical outlets next to the bed.
The bed is right next to the front door which makes you hear the comings and goings of other guests because this room is next to the elevator.
I came there for work with an alarm clock at 4am, at the reception I was told it was an alarm clock very early but did not find it useful to place myself in a more “isolated” room

Votre ressenti concernant la chambre 303 est pris avec la plus grande considération. La configuration de certaines chambres, notamment leur proximité avec l’ascenseur, peut effectivement accentuer les nuisances sonores selon la sensibilité de chacun et le contexte du séjour. Nous regrettons que le caractère très tôt de votre réveil n’ait pas permis une attribution de chambre plus adaptée à vos besoins, et ce point mérite toute notre attention.

Hotel entrance not indicated. Staff at the friendly welcome. Very small room. When you open the door there is barely 1cm between it and the TV. Bedding the horror. Result I put the duvet on the floor and slept on the floor
