We booked on September 2nd for the night of December 31st, and the owner informs us on November 21st that this booking is cancelled, because she is receiving family! Worse still, having booked by expediency she then asks us to proceed by ourselves with the cancellation...
Note that the owner defends herself from this very unprofessional attitude by the fact that many customers cancel their reservation at the last moment so why not do the same! We now need to find a new accommodation in Marseille, 1 month before Christmas Eve, and if we find one, at what price. Thank you Madam for this unprofessional and respectful attitude towards your customers! To note that the latter offered us to find another lodging... First of all, we do not want an accommodation that we did not choose, and why if indeed this person knew other lodgings available, did he not offer it to his family who had just rather than cancel this booking in an unjust way? Maybe (supposition) that in this case, his family would have been forced to pay... It’s actually easier to throw away his customers... Well customers, never again, to see how they are treated here...

A gem of a B & B near Avignon but in the country. If I died and went to heaven this is where I would love to end up!!

However, we felt like the place was not really ready for people coming during low season… property of the room was okay but far from perfect. Kid’s playground was very old (trampoline was felling apart)… and surrounded by dog’s poo.
Bathroom and kitchen amenities (shampoo, shower gel, dish soap and hands soap) where from last season… all almost empty.
We’re travelling all around the world, and this place doesn’t deserve 9/10 for sure. It’s a 7.5/10…. Or we were very unlucky.
