Wonderful interlude
We had a perfect stay at the Flocons hotel. We occupied a very nice room with a renovated bathroom equipped with all modern comforts. The welcome was up to par with the rest, excellent. A big thank you, we will return.

Lovely and cosy stay
We only stay for a long week-end but we really enjoyed it! Very cosy and quiet! Lovely afternoon goûter with homemade cake ! Perfect stay!

Recommended even if with some flaws
We stayed a week and then we could find that the location, cleanliness, courtesy of the staff are at the top. Very welcome afternoon snack after skiing. The ski room is nice and tidy, with a locker for each room but there is only one bench inside, everyone more or less leaves and returns at the same times and it is not enough. The lockers should also be equipped with some hooks, if not for skis at least for poles. There are no shelves or hooks so you store your boots in the special heated supports but everything else is left in bulk. The room did not completely satisfy us only for the size and lack of drawers / cupboards but it was always clean, very well furnished and equipped with kettle and coffee maker. Shower too small. The hotel's parking spaces are available but are very limited. In conclusion we will return but there is room for improvement.

Siamo lieti di sapere che ha apprezzato la nostra posizione, la pulizia della struttura e la cortesia del nostro personale. Ci fa inoltre molto piacere che il servizio di merenda dopo lo sci e l’organizzazione del deposito sci siano stati di suo gradimento.
Prendiamo nota con attenzione delle sue osservazioni costruttive riguardo al deposito sci, in particolare per quanto riguarda la mancanza di panche, ganci e spazi di sistemazione. I suoi suggerimenti sono preziosi e saranno attentamente valutati per migliorare il comfort dei nostri ospiti nelle ore di maggiore affluenza.
Per quanto riguarda la camera, siamo felici che l’abbia trovata pulita e ben attrezzata, pur comprendendo le sue osservazioni relative alle dimensioni, agli spazi di stoccaggio e alla doccia. Anche questi aspetti rientrano tra i nostri punti di miglioramento.
Infine, la ringraziamo per il suo commento sul parcheggio, la cui capacità limitata può effettivamente rappresentare un inconveniente nei periodi di alta stagione.
Siamo comunque molto lieti di sapere che desidera tornare a soggiornare presso di noi e speriamo di avere presto il piacere di accoglierla nuovamente in condizioni ancora migliori.

Perfect stat! ❄️
Perfect stay! This was our second time at Les Flocons Hotel during the Christmas week and it was just perfect. Very clean, warm and cozy. Would highly recommend it.

Simply Perfect
Outstanding hotel. The service was warm, kind and the owners could not have made more of an effort. The room was clean, the breakfast was perfect and the afternoon tea and cake was a welcome bonus. I could not recommend this hotel enough.
