Perfect family stay, an address to discover absolutely
We had an absolutely perfect family stay at this spa hotel. The value for money is remarkable and everything is thought out to spend a moment of relaxation and fun.
The spa is impeccable: very clean, quiet and perfectly equipped with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, swimming pool and a superb Nordic outdoor bath, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
The dinner at the restaurant was a very nice surprise: excellent cuisine, quality local products and sought after and very successful flavor combinations.
The breakfast is also up to standard, with a wide choice and real attention to quality and homemade.
The duplex room was ideal for our family stay: modern, very clean, spacious and very nice, with a quiet balcony and direct sunlight.
A very nice address that I recommend without hesitation. I will be back with great pleasure!

2nd stay, still just as pleasant
2nd stay and we are still just as delighted.
The room is magnificent and modern with a beautiful view of the wooded park.
The pool/jacuzzi and sauna area is magnificent and very clean, like the entire establishment.
Breakfast with local and homemade products is really good. Having it on the beautiful terrace is a real pleasure.
The evening meal is truly excellent.
All staff are very attentive.
We will return with pleasure.

Unfortunately disappointed
Here is a factual, yet clearly critical review suggestion:

We were looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, we were disappointed. The place Xonrupt itself seems very boring to us and offers little atmosphere or variety.
Our booked suite was particularly disappointing. Instead of a beautiful view, we looked directly at a heavily trafficked road and an intersection. There was hardly any talk of peace or relaxation. We expected something different from a suite.
The hotel overall seems to be run without much care. It lacks warmth and that certain something that makes a stay special. Everything seems more functional than inviting.
The only positive aspect is the beds – we slept very well.
Overall, the price-performance ratio does not work for us, and we would not book the hotel again.

Merci beaucoup d'avoir pris le temps de partager vos impressions avec nous ; nous aurions toutefois préféré lire un récit plus élogieux de votre séjour.
Votre commentaire n'est qu'un simple copier-coller de celui que vous avez publié sur un autre site. En parcourant votre profil, on constate également que la quasi-totalité de vos avis ne dépassent pas deux étoiles. Ce constat en dit long sur votre façon d'évaluer les établissements et laisse sérieusement penser que votre démarche relève davantage d'une volonté de nuire.
Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas changer le fait que Xonrupt n'ait pas tout à fait correspondu à vos goûts. La région des Vosges est davantage réputée pour sa nature, ses lacs et ses sentiers de randonnée que pour la vie nocturne trépidante de Berlin ou de Las Vegas.
Quant à la vue depuis votre suite, nous comprenons parfaitement que vous auriez préféré une autre perspective. Si nous pouvions déplacer les routes avec la même facilité que nous changeons les draps, nous le ferions volontiers. Nous serions ravis de vous recommander une catégorie de chambre donnant sur les montagnes ou le jardin lors de votre prochaine visite.
Nous sommes particulièrement heureux que vous ayez tant apprécié notre literie. Nous avons au moins réussi à offrir cinq étoiles à votre sommeil ; parfois, les plus beaux rêves sont ceux qui offrent la plus belle vue.
Quant à notre manque supposé de chaleur, malgré les 35° affichés lors de votre séjour , nous sommes un peu surpris. Notre équipe met beaucoup de cœur dans son travail, mais il arrive malheureusement que la magie n'opère pas avec tout le monde. Nous continuerons malgré tout à sourire... cela ne coûte rien et c'est toujours plus agréable. Les nombreux voyageurs qui reviennent chaque année semblent d'ailleurs apprécier cette ambiance, même si, malheureusement, nous n'avons pas réussi à vous la transmettre.
Nous vous souhaitons sincèrement de trouver, pour vos prochaines vacances, un établissement avec la vue de vos rêves... et un carrefour suffisamment discret pour ne pas voler la vedette au paysage.

SUPERB
Absolutely memorable stay at the Interlaken Hotel in Xonrupt-Longemer. Upon our arrival, we were enveloped by the warm atmosphere and the beauty of the setting, ideally located just steps from the lake. The staff is remarkably kind, always smiling and attentive, transforming every moment into a special occasion. Our room was a true cocoon: impeccably clean, spacious, tastefully decorated, and offering bedding of exceptional comfort for ultra-restorative nights. As for the dining experience, it is flawless! The breakfast is gargantuan, composed of fresh and local products. As for the restaurant, it is a festival of flavors that wonderfully highlights Vosgian cuisine with a touch of modernity. A huge thank you to the entire team for this timeless moment. We return regularly; it is an unmissable address!
