Perfect.

The hotel is very well maintained. The staff is in its entirety very pleasant. The rooms are very well equipped and the bedding comfortable. Special mention in the brewery as well as in the sushi restaurant where Welcoming and cooking are of a very high standard.

Two night stay at this property in Cayenne, located about 30 minutes from the airport.
Cordial welcome.
The rooms are decent, with good bedding and efficient air conditioning.
On the other hand, my shower and sink were completely clogged. It seems hard to imagine that the cleaning team didn’t notice this problem before we arrived. Renting a room in this condition is simply not acceptable.
Breakfast is good, even if we regret the few local products offered. The main problem, however, is the evacuation of smoke and odours.
Eggs are prepared on site by a charming employee — perhaps the most pleasant person we met during our stay — but the total absence of air extraction makes the experience unpleasant. Despite our reporting to the staff, we were told that no solution could be found.
As a result, you leave the breakfast room with clothes impregnated with particularly unpleasant cooking smells.

Nice room and general facilities, and also a large pool area, but there was no shade / umbrellas and no pool bar.

Unpleasant stay. We were confronted with an unpleasant employee as soon as we arrived. The tone was set...

Very unpleasant staff from the first contact. We saw an argument between colleagues because of a so-called overload... the welcome was reduced to hello... you owe xxx€ and they time me my access card to my room without any other explanation.... OK. Treating the client like a moron ... it’s not the best way to get them back. Tourism remains really perfectible here ...
I remain disappointed with the stay.

Breakfast bof bof

We left for breakfast, we took 2 days to get someone on the phone, when we finally got the receptionist, she tells me for a moment I take a pen and it lasted 10 minutes waiting before hanging up. We can't get them, more than an hour waiting. Finally she takes the reservation without knowing the price, she answers from memory it is 30€...
We arrive in the morning, no reserved table, we are put on a round table of 8 when we were 4.
The buffet, nothing of great standing.
The tea box which is just a basket with tea not even in bag, dubious hygiene. No more pancake. The cold buffet in a fridge, the door closes itself, no time to help. 2 unfortunate jam jars, 2 cheeses, super fat sausage, white ham.
Nobody clears, the waiter at the bar stays on his own instead of helping. No cutlery. We used it directly in their buffet. We waited for the fruit to be reapproved...
Frankly disappointed... nothing crazy.
