Happiness.

Everything is perfect.!!!! Welcoming, services, breakfast, atmosphere but mostly because it is managed by human people and so real and sincere

Significant Maintenance Issues – In Need of Full Renovation

"Unfortunately, I could not recommend staying here in its current condition. Our experience was dominated by a struggling air conditioning system that barely cooled the room and failed to remove any humidity, leaving the entire space feeling damp for our whole stay. To make matters worse, the hallway had a noticeable smell of mold and the carpets were badly stained.
The room itself featured hard, lumpy single beds that did not make for a good night's rest. While there were plenty of outlets for electronics, the Wi-Fi signal was non-existent once inside the room.
On the positive side, the bathroom was clean and roomy with good hot water and provided toiletries. The staff did provide a large bottle of water refreshed daily in the small refrigerator. As for dining, breakfast was basic but offered a variety of items, and while the dinner selection was very limited, the meals were at least well-prepared.
Overall, this property is in desperate need of a complete renovation. There are better options available that prioritize guest comfort and air quality."

Customer management to review

Very bad experience happened no fridge (out) no air conditioning (out)
They're asking us to upgrade to a new room and get air conditioning and fridge. After paying for the upgrade, we are told that finally the breakdown of Clim is general.
In Kourou at 7pm we have to find a hotel in an emergency because it is impossible to sleep in this heat...
A year and a half for a refund with the excuse (accountant in stoppage, accountant on vacation , change of direction, the new accountant does not want to have it despite the requests of the management...) I ask for a asset to offer because I lose patience. Verdict ok for coming to get it. We're gonna pick him up, the absent saleswoman, come back in two weeks.

Nice hotel near space complex

Very comfortable hotel with 1960’s vibe. Excellent baked goods in breakfast buffet It has an excellent location, right on the water and near the space complex.

Everything but a 4 star: very expensive for a 2-star service

Everything but a 4 star hotel: hotel that needs to be refreshed. The rooms have been the same for 15 years, at the pool only 6 deckchairs (including 4 broken and unusable, for information we had reported 6 months ago but nothing was done), the renovated bungalows are well, on the other hand Minimum Service: very light cleaning just 2 times a week (when you are not forgotten! We are given what there is: sometimes 1 bottle of water times 5, only small towels, no bath mat...), no hair dryer (4 stars!!!), no garden furniture on the private terrace, very dirty windows (also in the dining room). On the terrace of the restaurant of the damaged tables of the broken chairs, no Mood at the restaurant often closed for private reception. Breakfast that can be very good as very light: some mornings no yogurt, just a fruit.... in short everything is to be reviewed to justify a real 4 stars. Only positive: the kindness of the staff at breakfast.
