Staff are great and very welcoming. Cleaned room everyday, breakfast on time,but no hot water runing for shower. I was fine with it.

It's a very clean and lovely place. Good and respectful receptionist. Overall, feel was great. The only downside is there's no intercom in the room where you can access the reception or kitchen. You have to go out to place your request. Other than this, I'd recommend to everyone. You can easily locate on BOLT app.

Customer service is top notch which made me feel right at home on my family trip. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Over all the facilities are clean and very tidy. The restaurant also serves a variety of authentic Ghanaian cuisine. Will visit again definitely

Absolute Best

We recently stayed at Bella Ella Hotel and we were all fascinated by their overall excellence in customer service, food. The rooms and the swimming pool are stunning. The Jollof is the Absolute Best!!! We shall always recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
