Great holiday.
We rested from 23.08 to 30.08.
We lived in a double room (we were with my sister, she with two children, me with one), for the first time it was so conveniently made for a family, it seemed like they were together, but everyone had their own amenities, balconies, and keys, but there is a common interior door, you can do it together be separate.
Small hotel, calm, comfortable, very tasty food, no intrusive service, friendly attitude.
The pool is clean, the boys were pulled out of it by force, even in the evening, after dinner, you could swim, lighting, lights. Beauty!
There were no interruptions in water or electricity, and the air conditioning worked properly.
Thank you so much for the vacation!
If there were any disadvantages, they were covered by huge advantages: sea, sun and lack of fuss.
Special thanks to the girls at the reception. Attentive, patient, friendly.

Dear Amra! You have deteriorated beyond recognition!
I’ve been vacationing with you for many years now, and every year it gets worse and worse (((
Minuses
1. Cold water ate, it’s not normal to wash
2. Faucets are in terrible condition!
3. Wi-Fi ate ate.
4. There were problems with the light; for 8 days we were roasting in rooms without air conditioning! Only in the evening after 9-10 o'clock, it was blowing more or less cold. People even wanted to go buy a fan for the room ((When asked to start the generator, you answered that it was very expensive for a hotel ((
5. They ruined the buffet. Food (salads) in the third circle ((
6. Although the pool is cleaned regularly, we have caught some kind of infection in our ears. Two adults.
7. There is no light above the distribution! They looked at the food in the dark!
Pros.
1. Room cleaning and towel replacement.
The staff here are great! Solid five!!
2. The girls in the kitchen and the waiters are great too! The bartenders are very attentive and pleasant to talk to!
This is probably all the advantages (((

A calm place to relax your soul and body
A quiet, peaceful place for a family holiday with small children. Cleaning was done every day, linen and towels were changed within a few days. There is half board, the food is delicious, there is not much choice. The pool is large and there is a children's area. Children's playground, next to the parking lot. The mini market adjacent to the territory is very convenient, card payment and online. The receptionist is friendly and responsive, they solve all problems, they will advise you on everything, most importantly, don’t hesitate to contact us. It takes 2-3 minutes to cross the road to the beach, cars are rushing at 80 km/h, accelerating, honking, overtaking, be always vigilant, at least put down the recumbents. Along the way after leaving the gate, there is trash lying around: cans, Contex wrappers, etc. There were a lot of snags on the beach after the storm, no one was cleaning it up.

Шикарный отдых в шикарном отеле
Отдыхали семьёй 4 человека: 2 взрослых и 2 детей (3 и 12 лет) в июне. Понравилось абсолютно всё: от номера до ресторана! Очень важная деталь и одновременно огромный плюс отеля - это отсутствие соседей. Точнее они, конечно, есть. Но домики расположены таким образом, что вы никому не мешаете и вам тоже (отдельно друг от друга). Номер у нас был семейный (2 комнаты) между комнатами сквозная дверь. Это очень удобно! Дети находились в своей комнате, мы - в своей. Вроде вместе, а вроде и врозь. На территории всё продумано для комфорта гостей. От ночной разноцветной подсветки подогреваемого бассейна (как для детей, так и для взрослых) до мангальной зоны. На балкончиках просторно, уютно, имеется выдвижная сушилка для полотенец (даже розетки есть). Территория ухоженная, чистая, много тенька, зелени. В номерах ежедневная влажная уборка, смена постельного каждые 3 дня. На море шезлонги и навес от отеля (платить дополнительно не нужно). Ещё один плюс - это полное отсутствие насекомых любых! Из недостатков: на детской площадке нет навеса (под солнцем пекло); питание по системе шведский стол, но для детей выбор невелик и не всегда было вкусно. В целом не хотелось уезжать! Отличный отель для семейного отдыха
Отдыхали в этом отеле с 26 июня 2022 по 03.июля. Очень довольны отдыхом впервые на все 100%, а в Aбхазии мы раз 12 точно. Номера шикарные, чистые и уютные, убирали постоянно, меняя постель. До моря 2 минуты, лично засекала, если идти не спеша)).
Про столовую - ресторан могу написать одно - нереальная вкусная еда и разнообразная, постоянно фрукты и выпечка, а пирожки я такие еще не ела ни разу, язык проглотишь. Бассейн теплый был, с него не вылазили дети. Получилось так, что был шторм и море было холодное, но не достатка в этом не почувствовали, благодаря бассейну.
Очень приветливый и отзывчивый администратор, спасибо ему огромное. Спасибо и за внимание в мой день рождения подарив бутылочку шампанского, очень мило и приятно. Писать могу бесконечно про Амру. Лучше один раз увидеть, чем сто раз услышать.
Обязательно вернемся к вам !!!! И всем рекомендую именно этот отель на берегу черного моря!
