Never again.
The swimming pool, the garden, the building (to some extent), and of course the beach, are very nice. But everything else...
-The room and the bathroom were unbelievably dirty and rusty.
-They only bring water bottles to the room once (the day you check in).
-They don't bring coffee or tea to the room (and no cups as well), but there is a kettle.
-The mattress was totally worn out and had springs coming out of it.
-The wifi was not working.
-The food they served was very bland (Soviet Union style).
-And the room price was super expensive for what they were offering.
When I went to talk to the management about it, they were caring and apologetic at first. But then an old lady came in and talked to the manager in Georgian, then left (I later found out that she was the owner).
After that the manager was cold and careless with me and even told me "if you don't like it you can leave". And that's what I did. I left after spending 1 night out of 4.
The resort has a lot of potential to be a wonderful holiday destination, but with this management and the way they're running things, it's just heartbreaking.
I will go to Ureki again because I fell in love with its sandy beach, but never again in Kolkhida.

Very bad experience
At a deluxe room for 230€ per night:
no blankets
cracked walls
very noisy air conditioning (impossible to sleep)
dirty towels with stains
no beach/pool towels
nothing done to avoid mosquitoes
too noisy from the outside
Also food was not good enough.
The only good things here is very kind staff and the beach.

Worst hotel in Georgia. Doesn’t deserve a spa & resort title
Skip this hotel! Stayed in 6 different “bed and breakfasts” in Georgia which seemed like true five stars in comparison to this one which is being advertised as one. Wouldn’t even say standards are bad because there are no standards at all. Staff is extremely rude, the owner and managers don’t seem to care as long as they get their money. No basic hospitality and the rooms look like hospital rooms and are also dirty and smelly. No facilities in the room at all. It’s like your worst travel nightmare coming true. Never book this place. All websites where this hotel is listed charge advance payment and so when you arrive there, you’re stuck with a bad room. The building looks like a sanatorium but of a different kind - like an old hospital. Left immediately after check-in. The state of the room was worst than the images. An AC near the hall window but no AC in the bedroom. Don’t ruin your holiday by booking this place

Could be better for that price
Order of sand procedures failed. We asked about it at the reception and they promissed to inform us about the time but never came back.
The outer door of the room did not keep closed unless locked.
Overpriced.
