No cleaning was offered during our 7 days stay. Only towels were replaced after 4 days.
The mattress was quite worn laying in a “hole”

PRO's
Studio with bedroom and outdoor dining room.
Comfortable, clean bed.
Enough space for my wife and I.
There is a third bed in the room.
Semi-Outdoor kitchen and dining room, separated by sliding glass door.
Patio has floor to ceiling electric shutter, and awning.
Nice view of the sea.
CON's
No face cloths.
No hairdryer.
No USB charging ports - though owner said she would add them.
No elevator. Studio is up one staircase.
Parking can be tight.

Horrible experience
We were treated to a rat walking in front of our door! By the time I got the phone back it was gone so I couldn't take a photo of it to show the manager who accused me of lying!
We booked via last minute where we had the daily cleaning option, I sent proof of my contract to the manager, Mr Kiribinn who told me that it was a last minute error, that there was no had no cleaning option! The sheets are changed after 7 days and the towels every 4 days, that’s it! Yet paid option!
Water cuts without being warned, surprise when we returned from the beach at 6 p.m. We are told that we are not aware of the cut and that we have to wait, that a 5l container is provided in the room, there are 3 of us including a child!
The toilet flushes every other time, after discussion with the manager I was asked to call him if there were any problems and that he would be happy to come and see and resolve our problem, he sent Claudia the person who occupies the residence, I called her at 6 p.m. she told me she was not present and would not come until the next day. What she did at 9:15 a.m., after 5 minutes of fiddling in the toilet she dared to say to my partner "what's your problem it works I surely have magic fingers" we asked her to leave our room because it This is clearly taking us for c***!
A roller shutter on the terrace but daylight everywhere, I had called before to anticipate with my daughter.
Very noisy, no soundproofing.
Finally, we left the premises despite payment for 14 nights which they refused to reimburse, and we paid for 5 nights' accommodation elsewhere, with a clean host who likes to entertain! Our well-being is priceless!
A word of advice, think twice before booking with them!
