A Hidden Gem for a Quiet, Soulful Holiday

Ekam is not your average resort — it's a place that genuinely restores you. I visited with my entire family, including my parents who had never really understood the idea of a holiday. My mother, who only ever found peace at places of worship, left Ekam feeling calm and happy in a way she hadn't expected. That says everything.
Rachit, the founder, has built something special here — thoughtful, peaceful, and completely free of the over-commercialised feel that ruins so many Goa stays. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing escape, this is it.
The rooms are well-maintained with lovely surprises (look out for the hidden bathtub!). The home-cooked food is simple and delicious. Ms. Shipra, the manager, ensures every request is handled with warmth and efficiency. And don't miss Isna's beautiful handcrafted items available at the resort — a sweet touch.
Ekam is the kind of place you don't want to leave, and the first place you think of when planning your next trip. For us, it'll always be Ekam when we're in Agonda.
Highly recommended for anyone craving genuine rest and peace.

Amazing Experience

We went to Ekam Hotels for a short family break, just to get away from the usual noise. Honestly, we didn’t expect much—but it turned out really nice. The place is calm, full of greenery, and the rooms are simple but very comfortable. We spent most of our time just relaxing, eating good food, and enjoying the quiet. The staff was friendly without being over the top. It felt like a proper break, not one of those rushed trips. By the time we left, everyone felt refreshed—and that doesn’t happen often.

Peaceful pretty resort close to the most beautiful Agonda beach

Ekam is not an ordinary resort,the moment I stepped into the prettiest of gardens ,I felt a peace that lasted my entire visit.
My fellow guests expressed the same thoughts, It has a charm that’s hard to capture in a review. Everything from enjoying an atmosphere that evoked a feeling of peace and stillness .
Is it the actual space ,that’s beautifully designed or is it the people ?
It’s both.
Every member of staff was just wonderful , so welcoming as if Ekam was one big family!
If you enjoy freshly prepared simple yet tasty vegetarian food and juices ( or a cocktail , beer or glass of wine ) the garden restaurant is the place for you.
You will sleep well in a comfortable bed with high quality bed linen .My room was spacious with good wi fi and air conditioning that didn’t resemble the sound of a jumbo jet ! Perfect.
It’s just a few minutes to walk Lagonda beach that is idyllic with everything you need to enjoy your holiday.
Rachit is a one in a million host and I’ve found my new ‘happiest place’ that’s a great big slice of the positive energy that is South Goa.
