A Place You Can Never Quite Leave Behind – Forget Me Not, Agonda

It won’t be enough—no matter what I write about this place, it will never truly capture it. This is my 7th or 8th visit (I’ve lost count) to Manveer’s Kitchen – Forget Me Not, a beautiful resort with a stunning view of Agonda’s golden beach.
Each room has something special to offer, along with comfortable amenities. You can run straight to the ocean and take a dip anytime you want. The in-house restaurant serves delicious food, covering Goan and North Indian cuisines, along with a wide range of cocktails.
The owner is a chef himself(Manveer)—he personally supervises and adds his touch to every dish, which makes the food experience truly special. The cleanliness of each room deserves a special mention, and the staff are responsive and very helpful.
What truly elevates the entire experience is the warmth of the host couple. It doesn’t take long before they feel like a close part of your life. Their genuine hospitality is what keeps bringing you back again and again. True to its name, once you’re there, it becomes very hard to forget.
I feel a little sad every time I leave. I miss their hospitality, their food, their stay—everything.
P.S. There’s also a furry friend who makes every goodbye even harder, especially if you’re a pet lover.

Our favourite place in Goa

One of our favourite spots in Goa, and we keep coming back!
We’ve stayed at Forget Me Not multiple times now, including some long stays, and it never disappoints. It’s right on Agonda Beach, so the location is hard to beat.
The food is really good, the views from the restaurant are lovely, and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Manveer and Kavita are wonderful hosts — they genuinely look after their guests and make everyone feel welcome.
If you’re looking for a place to relax and unwind in South Goa, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!

The best place to stay in Agonda.

We love this place. Manveer's kitchen and Forget me not Resort has everything you need for a wonderful and relaxing stay. The direct access to the beach is a treat. The shops are a few steps away and this part of the beach is quiet and peaceful.
Fabulous views and beautiful sunsets.
Manveer, Kavita and their team have created a special place with a lovely atmosphere. Staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive and go above and beyond if you have any unexpected needs. They even play volley ball with you and will help organise a taxi or tuk tuk.
Rooms are very clean and the beds are super comfortable. Hot water constantly available and we had balconies to enjoy the sunsets.
Room rates are extremely reasonable and leaving the best to last; the food is exceptional. Manveer also offers private cookery lessons.
This is our fourth visit and we will be back.
We have no hesitation is recommending Forget Me Not Resort, just wonderful.

Location makes this a 10 out of ten

Great little hotel, perfect location and amazing staff. Agonda is an amazing place, definitely our favourite place in India so far.
Our room had a sea view and was so cheap. 100% recommended you say here if going to goa. It’s about 10 minute walk to all the main shops etc.
Bathroom could do with a upgrade to make it perfect!
