Worst stay

Rooms very pathetic , lots of mosquitoes , hotel is under renovation so lots of dust , basic housekeeping was not done .
They don't provide complimentary mineral water .
No coldrinks or deserts in their dinner package.
They use vanaspati ghee in preparations.
Staff was polite but i personally wont wish to come back or recommend anyone .
Tuktuk auto takes 100 rs to drop till golden temple.

Pathetic

If there was minus rating would have given that. The hotel management is thug. They took rs. 5k as initial payment. The rooms were shabby and stinking. When we asked for refund they refused. Please dont book this hotel. Its not at all worth it. Even the lane is very small it was difficult for a car to reach

Budget

The Hotel is just Ok for a nights stay . We were Group of 15 people . 1 Room had a Problem as it was stinking little but unfortunately they had no more rooms available . Apart from the location and economical factor nothing great

Most horrible and a cheat hotel

We had for gone for a trip to Amritsar and booked this hotel through Make My Trip and wish to give the following feedback of this hotel:
1.On reaching the hotel we were taken into a room on second floor (the hotel had no lift) which was awfully dirty and smelly. The water from the split AC was leaking on the floor. We could not sit in the room for 5 minutes and then we requested to change the room. We were denied this however on our extreme request the manager shifted us into another room which was quite dingy, the walls were damp due to seepage and the paint of the walls was falling off because of it. The AC was not working and the unit was into a broken condition. The bathroom had water leaking and the entire floor was wet giving full chances of an accident. (Pictures attached for your kind reference)
2.We asked him to shift us in any other room even if it was small but hygienic. However, he did not agree. We asked him to refund the amount so that we could take another hotel and he refused that as well. Under these circumstances we had no choice than to stay in this horrible hotel.
3.In the next 2 days we got a chance to see other rooms and we realized that they were giving these dirty rooms to those who have made bookings through Make My Trip and have paid in advance. The other rooms were good, spacious and clean.
4.The rate card showed us lesser rates as we had got through Makemytrip. Further people who were approaching the hotel directly were offered 10% discount, better rooms and better service.
5.The manager was extremely arrogant and on the day of our leaving, in spite of the fact that we told him that we would check out around 3 pm, he made us leave the room at 2 pm.

The hotel is ok ok for one night stay

We booked the hotel from Goibibo website and had two rooms booking. We were allotted rooms which were a little far from each other. On our request the manager gave us adjacent rooms on the second floor. In the evening we realised that the air conditioner of one room wasn’t working so we complained at the reception. After sometime, the person checked and confirmed the same. He again offered us another room with a working air conditioner. So in a way i can say that the staff was quite accommodating and understanding. We all had a good night sleep and the cleanliness was also ok ok types. The hotel felt safe in the night and had own parking at the ground floor for tge guests.
