Booked for a wedding.
Left out 3 items from the menu earlier decided and charged the entire amount. Upon arguing merely refund a bare minimum for just one item on the menu claiming to have served the rest. Would recommend if you have a lot of known people to look after everything around but in case you have to rely on them, DON'T!

Waste of a good property!!
Truth be told, the rooms are huge, in true sense of the word. The rates of the rooms are almost a third of what similar sized rooms would cost in 3-star or higher category of hotels (although I doubt good hotels will even have such huge rooms, with the exception of suites maybe). However, the low cost shows in the overall quality of the rooms, amenities, bathroom fittings, fit & finish, i.e. basically, in everything.
The common areas are dirty, the bathroom have developed leaks already and the breakfast is a big farce (had to wait 15 mins for puri sabji).
Only time I may recommend this hotel is when there is a wedding or something, and you need to accomodate a horde of people at reasonable rates.
Actually,it made me sad staying in the hotel,as I kept on thinking "such a waste of a good property"! Sincerely hope that they can improve.
