This is fraud property.
Based on my personal experience, I would **strongly advise anyone planning to book this property to think twice and carefully review the cancellation and refund terms before making any payment.**
The booking was made through **Booking.com**, and the cancellation/refund terms displayed at the time of booking clearly indicated that the **prepayment would be fully refundable if the reservation was cancelled before the check-in date**.
However, after the booking was cancelled and I requested the refund, the property started stating that the payment was **non-refundable under the hotel's own policy**.
This raises a serious concern:
**If the booking was made through Booking.com and the applicable refund terms displayed on the platform indicated that the prepayment was refundable, how can the property subsequently refuse the refund by referring to a different internal hotel policy?**
I have been using **Booking.com and Agoda for more than a decade**, and in my experience, the booking platforms have always clearly stated whether a reservation is **fully refundable, partially refundable, or non-refundable**. Customers make their booking decisions based on these terms.
Therefore, the explanation provided by this property is extremely concerning, as it appears to contradict the refund terms that were displayed on the booking platform at the time of booking.
Despite repeated follow-ups, I have still not received the refund of my own money. Based on my experience, the way this matter has been handled is extremely concerning and gives me serious doubts about the property's practices.
I believe this property is cheating and misleading customers by displaying one set of cancellation/refund terms through the booking platform and subsequently refusing the refund by referring to a different internal policy.
I do not know how many other customers may have been impacted in a similar manner. This property should be blocked from all major booking platforms, and appropriate legal and criminal action should be considered against the property owner to prevent other customers from being similarly affected.
This is **extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer handling**. A customer should not have to repeatedly follow up with a hotel to receive a refund when the booking platform's terms clearly indicated that the payment was refundable.
I will be sharing the **booking confirmation, cancellation details, screenshots of the refund policy, payment proof, and communication with the property** so that people can review the facts and make their own decision.
**MY STRONG ADVICE: PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY.**
I am sharing my experience to **make everyone aware of this issue and to ensure that other customers do not get trapped in a similar situation.**
If you do not want to deal with **prolonged follow-ups and uncertainty over getting your money back after cancellation**, consider choosing another property.
