staff, and room attendants are very approachable.
The ambiance of the room is nice. It is very spacious, and a big thank you to CHINMAY for cleaning the room. He even removes the dust and really does his job well. Even though I was inside the room, I did not leave because I was doing something on my laptop. Whenever I called through the telephone when I needed something, sometimes it took a little while, and I thought no one was coming. But luckily, the housekeeping staff were right in front of our door, so I saw him. I just call Chinmay whenever I need help because he is very approachable and he really comes to help, especially for someone like me who gets thirsty easily, so I really need water.
This hotel is good in every way and I highly recommend it. If you want to rest, unwind, or you have just finished traveling, you should choose this hotel because the people, staff, and room attendants are very approachable.

A stay that genuinely exceeded expectations
I recently stayed at Marriott Whitefield Bangalore and was impressed by the exceptional level of service which really sets this hotel apart. The facilities and food were top‑notch, but it was the people who made this visit genuinely memorable.
The reception manager and front‑desk team were outstanding from the moment I arrived. They were warm, attentive, and consistently went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and stress‑free. Their professionalism and kindness set the tone for the entire stay and I really appreciated the locally carved wooden figurine that I was given as a gift when I checked out.
The chef in the Executive Lounge deserves special mention. Every dish was beautifully prepared, and the chef’s personal attention at breakfast each morning really set me up for a good day.
The housekeeping team made sure I was well looked after, especially the cleaners who surprised me with towel origami. It was such a small gesture, but it added a touch of joy and personality that made the room feel welcoming and cared for.
Overall, the service here is exceptional, warm, human, and genuinely committed to making guests feel valued. Marriott Whitefield Bangalore stands out not just for its quality, but for the people who bring it to life. My experience has definitely left me wanting to go back.

Avoid this property if possible.
Despite premium rates, I was given a room a mile away from the reception and not informed about the distance. Also, the cafe food was served cold.

Excellent dining at Alto Vino

Stay at the Marriott
I had an excellent time thanks to the wonderful staff at the Marriott Bengaluru in Whitefield. The housekeeping staff was exceptional - Kudos to Banti for being very helpful and ensuring the stay went smoothly.
