Exceptional staff!
As I was attending a leadership program at Taj Yeshwantpur, my husband and our 20-month-old daughter accompanied me. One of the highlights of my stay was seeing how warmly and genuinely the staff welcomed my family while I was occupied with the sessions. It gave me immense peace of mind knowing they were being looked after so well.
A special thank you to Shirsha from Guest Services for her kindness and thoughtful care, Muani from Housekeeping for going above and beyond by decorating our room with balloons, bringing activity books and toys, and spending time playing with our daughter, and Aditya , the Restaurant Manager, who quickly became our little one's favourite person at the hotel.
The warmth, care, and personal attention shown by the entire team made our stay truly memorable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome—we look forward to visiting again.
