A very good hotel
Then, the rooms are confortable and clean, and in a very calm area. The 5th stair offers a quite nice view.
Of course next time in Bengalore we will book the same hotel!

Broken AC + Rude Staff - Worst Stay at Room 302
When I asked for help again, a staff member was arrogant and unfriendly. He told me to "switch off the AC and turn on the fan and sleep" and said he can't help. No attempt to send maintenance, move rooms, or offer any solution.
For the price I paid, basic comfort and basic respect should be expected. Instead I got a hot room and rude service.
I would not recommend this to anyone. The staff here is worthless and the service is very, very bad.
