Don't expect a 4 star hotel
It is not a 4 star hotel, it is like a guest house with few rooms on 2nd floor on rent or lease, the rooms are clean, the photo shown of the property is itself a misleading one, it is the photo of Bhojpur Club not of Hotel Casa Stay. The hotel does not own any restaurant, gym or swimming pool, it is solely on the discretion of Bhojpur club to allow to use. The breakfast is laid in gallery outside the room which is of limited version of menu with little variety, this comes from restaurant of Bhojpur club located at ground floor The TV in the rooms are old and damaged and mattress require replacement The staff is very polite and courteous

Business Stay at Stay Casa, Bhopal – A Mixed Bag with Room for Improvement
I recently stayed at Stay Casa, Bhopal during a short business trip and found the experience to be a blend of positives and areas that need serious attention.
Bhopal’s weather was truly delightful during my visit, adding a touch of comfort to the overall trip. I arrived late at the property, which is nestled within the Bhogpur Club premises — a calm and expansive setting.
However, the first challenge came quickly: accessing hot water. It took an unreasonably long time to get lukewarm water, during which 100-200 litres must have gone down the drain. This is not just inconvenient but environmentally irresponsible. The hotel management must address this issue on priority.
Coming to the positives — dinner was quite enjoyable. This was my 4th or 5th visit, and I can confidently say that Stay Casa consistently delivers good food. The rooms are impressively large, which is a welcome surprise at this price point. However, the amenities are very basic, almost guesthouse-level. The air-conditioning works efficiently, but the absence of blackout curtains affects sleep quality, especially for those sensitive to light.
Breakfast is minimal — good enough to get by, though at times it's served cold. There are no live counters, not even for eggs, which can be disappointing for business travellers expecting standard buffet basics. The Wi-Fi system is another weak spot — unnecessarily complicated and always requiring front desk assistance to connect.
On the brighter side, the staff are polite, responsive, and eager to help, which is always appreciated.
Overall verdict: If you’re traveling on a budget and prefer large rooms in a peaceful environment, Stay Casa is an acceptable choice. But for frequent or business travellers expecting seamless amenities, the property still has a long way to go.

This hotel is a con job
This hotel claims to be a 4* property which is absolutely misleading. The hotel shares it premises with a Bhojpur Club which is Gyamkhana. The club operates from ground floor and 1st floor and Hotel is located on the 2nd floor. The hotel has just 17 rooms in all. Due to presence of club below some kind of noise is constantly disturbs you.
The so called 4*hotel has provided just bare minimum toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bed linen, pillow covers and quilt looked quite worn out. The moment we checked in we realised what a big mistake we had done.
But further agony was yet to come. The breakfast starts only after 8am and and lo behold.... It was served in the hotel lobby with no proper seating arrangement. Check attached pics. The breakfast consist of only 5 main items as following,
1. Fruits (Bananas and Watermelon)
2. Cold sandwiches with myonies
3. Ready omlett
4. Upma ( too hard and cacked)
5. Paratha and subji
Also the hotel doesn't have their own restaurant. The restaurant in the premise is operated by club. We had our dinner there and it was another forgettable experience.
The only saving grace is size of the room and room decor in general, everything else big thumbs down. We paid about 5k per night and we felt we were kind of conned by them.
Stay away from this hotel, there are much better options in bhopal.
