Morning breakfast is amazing lot's of variety and i meet Today morning staff is very nice special thankuu for chef....he making good food i love puri so much thanku hotel sunbeam premium

So-Called Royal Ambience, But Guests Can’t Sit

Poor….. The hotel tries to project a royal ambience, but cordoning off sofas and not allowing guests to sit ruins the experience.

Average

Good location but the hotel needs a lot of improvement. The rooms had damp smell which is unbearable and there is no ventilation in the room. We changed rooms but no difference.
Staff were nice and very helpful especially at the restaurant - namely Sapna, Aman and Fedrick.

Quality stay with Fabulous restaurant experience

Excellent stay at Sunbeam Premium, I was there with my wife and 2 year old son. My Special mention and appreciation for Restaurant staff Fadric, sapna, Aman and shikha. They were too courteous and showed warm hospitality towards us and all the other guests. I will certainly book with sunbeam again in future for sure.

Disappointed. And don’t recommend this property.

Completely rundown property. Smelly linen. Dirty bed sheets. No cleanliness. Only advantage is the location. But for this price you will definitely get better property. I don’t recommend. There is loud music being played in basement for parties and it’s very annoying when you are trying to catch some sleep.
