That's a good two. Rooms are different: from the simplest (bed, bedside table, shower), to rooms with a level request (kitchen+room). You can choose a room with or without air conditioning (surcharge on site 10 bucks per night, fridge 2 bucks). Get your towels, soap and drizzle across the street from the store across the street from the hotel.
The mattresses have been updated, no matter what the room level, new everywhere.
Need cleaning - leave the key at reception. There's a problem - ask a question, it's solvable.
Internet is weak, but there are routers hanging on every floor.
The beach is 5 minutes, checkers to choose from.
Have a good time.

Memorable couple of days

There's more to Mobor Beach Resort than meets the eye. Don't go by the online reviews of the past as this resort has been fabulously revamped. We had our wedding at Grand Gigi's, Cavelossim & housed 60 guests at Mobor Beach Resort from January 31st to February 2nd. Brian Gaffino & caretaker, Sadanand met the expectations we set for the rooms we required & the cocktail party we organised at the resort.
What almost all of our guests loved was the coziness of the rooms & the proximity of the property to the beach. It was very smooth and easy working with Brian to plan the accommodation we needed & I highly recommend Mobor Beach Resort if you're looking for a quaint hotel by the beach and/or if you're looking to house guests for an event in Cavelossim.

HELL HOLE.

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for three weeks in December. When we arrived the staff were very unhelpful and our rooms were awful. I could not believe the state of the bathroom and bed! The pillows were disgusting they had lots of stains on them! My partner then had to go out and buy some bleach to clean the bathroom as it was that bad. The maids didn’t do a lot either and there was even cockroaches in the bathroom and a lizard watching over me one night whilst I was in bed.
The furniture was very dated and everything seemed dirty. On our last day I asked one of the guys who works there for a room in which I could shower in. He just said use the shower which was by the greasy swimming pool and it was freezing. I then had to get on a 11hour flight home! The hotel is in real need of a refurbishment and the staff are really lacking in customer service skills. The place is a hell hole please run for the hills or the nearest airport.
DO NOT STAY HERE FOR YOUR OWN WELL BEING!
AVOID AT ALL COST

Visited with Friends it nice one

This was an amazing visit to Mobor. One of Clean and Crystal clear beach. We have enjoyed good views around. Just near to The Leela Resort. One of the Must visit attractions in Goa. You can plan your trip and enjoy

WE CAME- WE SAW- WE RAN [FOR OUR SAFETY]

Booked for 4 nights stay thru Makemytrip. We had to check-out within one night from this terrible place. Its a totally old dusty rundown place. We sneezed and suffered all night due to dusty room.
I will try to list a few major cons:
1. No free breakfast. Only a coffee and a toast. [our price included free b/f]
2. No tv. A old box is installed which is a showpiece.
3. No toiletries, no intercom no wifi, no roomservice.
4. No blankets. Only old bedsheet and old dirty pillows and a rock like bed.
5. Old aircon. Remote doesnt work.
6. Old dusty room and slow fan.
7. Rotting swimming pool totally deserted.
8. Muddy water in all taps.
9. Bathrooms unclean and no tissue or jet. I had to use my sanitizer to clean.
10. After promising over phone that keys are ready at chk-in, when I arrived nothing was ready. They were not sure about the booking. Never seen such shoddy attitude. We were so tired. After much persuasion with them and showing them all the proof, at 11.30pm, I was allotted a room. All this in front of my family. All this after booking 2 months in advance. The hotel didnt even ask my identity proof.
11. We couldnot sleep due to poor quality room so at 1am had to go down to reception and knock door for 15mnts to request for bedsheets and a extra pillow for my little son [they had given us one bedsheet & 2 pillows for 3 of us]. The reception guys were sleeping on the reception floor.
Feel cheated.
Pls stay much clear of this horror show.
