Super basic room with no windows, location is good

Extremely basic, sheets with stains, torn towels, AC with issues and small room with NO WINDOWS.. bathroom was ok. Except stains on the sheet, it seemed washed. But used million times. if all you want is to reach and sleep without spending more than few hundred, then it's ok.
Location is good though. Food available within 50 meter, a park to walk in the morning and ayyappa temple.
