Good rooms close to central railway station

Hotel is walking distance from Chennai central station. Rooms are small but clean, equipped with spring mattress. But they dont have any triple occupancy rooms nor they provide any extra mattress or bed. Rooms are also small so there is no space for any extra bed either. My suggestion is they should not take any triple or more persons bookings for same room. Staff was cooperative and polite. They also provide room service and have a restaurent on ground floor.

The worst service

I have not seen such worst service provided to cust by any hotel first they gave ac room ,ac not working, second room no cleaning,torn bedsheet spoke to Mr Ajit told to replace it but sir done , unfriendly staff never ever book in this hotel strictly not recommended the way staff treat guest as if they command us to accept their services or leave we are not responsible for your booking this is what we provide to guest stay or leave at your own risk

Worst hotel to stay in Chennai

O% Room service
Third class response of waiters or room attendants.
Even manager is not talk properly with the guest.
If u are paying u have to given attention for that.
If possible I will complain about it to Chennai hotel association.
Really worst experience in Chennai.
