Good location

Checked in this hotel on Dec 20 - located on the 200 feet road - staff were very helpful- easy to meet friends in Kolathur and nearby places- OLA cabs are easily available within 4 mins— 6 minutes- Bar is there to relax - only disadvantage in Room 205 is the small wash basin in the toilet- no stand or place to keep toilet kits

Cleanliness

Bathrooms and toilets are not maintained properly. Bedsheets were stained. My room was changed due to geyser not working. Cost is more for deluxe room. Rest all ok. Checkout time is set as 18 hrs for me instead of 24 hrs if booked through 3rd party. Only if booked directly 24hrs checkout.

it was very hard to sleep on bed cloths not good and cocroches also move on table and bed . bathroom taps its very ugly

morning also started bad smell on lift and room outside. i am not happy. bath tovels also not good bath soap no quality i hope u must improve pest control and bath taps replace all facility's to be improve.

Worst experience in a hotel ever!

It was a nightmare to be in this hotel....
Cons: AC didn’t work all night,there were bugs in the room,careless waiters and no service at all! We called at least 10 times for electric kettle for which they kept telling us they will bring in 2 minutes.After 5th or 6th call we were told that they are out kettle so then we requested for hot water,again called a few times-waited for 1/2 an hour and then decided to go to sleep as it was midnight.My problem here is if they told right in the beginning , I could have gone out and bought it from somewhere else.when I called again for water bottles in the morning, I was asked “ complimentary or chargeable?”
Pros: the girl at the reception was extremely polite,was trying to accommodate and sorry for the whole thing and they did accommodate our driver in their staff accommodation
Please don’t waste your money on this hotel

Good Hotel in Kolathur

Good hotel and cleanly maintained rooms and corridors. Friendly staff, 24hrs check-in and check out, good to book in advance, complimentary breakfast and dinner as per tariff plan. Good breakfast and coffee, room service also good. Its location on the GrandNorthern Trunk road is easily accessible by road travel. Parking is available. The overall feeling is happy.
