Hotel to escape.
An Award of 2000 rupees is announced to me on the phone but when we arrive he adds 500 rupees for no good reason.
The room is dirty. Sheets and towels are stained. The mattress of very poor quality.
Air conditioning's leaking. We've had our stuff wet. Same for the sink.
Only positive the Inn is near the airport and the transfer went well.

Fake room images

Images in the sites are not true first. Worst experience in my life. Went for a night stay, changed room twice in same night, but that too not good. Water leaking from every where even for a small rain No light in toilet and shower not working Shocked to water flooding over the floor in the morning, from Air conditioner also No dress to change, all wet. Switch boards unsafe. Lucky no water in bed but leaking in 3 inch from bed. Complained to manger but replied a simple sorry Rs 1400 just from 2am to 7am and for the flood.

Nothing like unique staff & His behavior is not good for the traveler very essential to improve their behavior from the guest that coming from other state that with they are not conveniences in tamil & telgu.

Very bad experience with the service provided

I was to travel abroad with my family and called the manager to book through trip advisor. The manager said he will allow only mid afternoon if I booked online. Instead he recommended me to come straight to hotel early in the morning as needed by me. The reception did not give me a receipt and the room is pretty hot with Airconditioning was no efficient and the shabby bed sheet they provided has a big whole. It was such a horrible experience to have my family in the room. Since its just a 7hrs stay to stay near airport, I did not complain. I strongly advice users to book the rooms through online and never trust these managers of hotels especially in India. Felt cheated!
