Fantastic as always!
I’ve stayed at Taj Coromandel a few times now, and one of the things that always stands out to me is the people. It’s the thoughtful gestures, cleanliness, safety and the warmth of the staff that make a hotel stay feel a little more personal.
A special mention to Suresh from In Room Dining, who went out of his way to make tea himself for me. Such a simple gesture, but it’s these little things that you remember.
Thank you also to Yasim at the Front Office, Animesh from Security, Illaiyaraja, Uvi and Loganathan who are the doorman, Vijay at the Bell Desk, and Rajandran from Valet. Everyone was always welcoming, helpful and ready with a smile.
And a big thank you to the housekeeping team as always Rajiv Gandhi, Shekar, Kim, Paramdaman for taking such good care of the room throughout my stay. Rajiv a special mention as he always greets me with so much warmth and remembers my preference.
What I appreciate about Taj Coromandel is that even though it’s a luxury hotel, the hospitality doesn’t feel formal or distant. There’s a genuine warmth to the people here and that makes all the difference.
To me the best hotel in Chennai has a solo female traveller who like peace, comfort, safety and central location.
Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable. I’ll definitely be happy to return.
