Nice and comfortable stay

This is really nice hotel to your leisure stay
Rooms are very clean
Ambience is very good
Located on main road
Beach is just 900 m away
Staff is very polite and supportive
Particularly more stars Vinoth for his nice support during stay
Also more star rating to Rohit for his nice food service and behaviour
I recommend to stay here and go for watching sunrise in the morning at the beach

Staff (Front office) should get proper training to handle things

Definitely property is nice . By experience started with 5 star & ended with 2 star .
Starting with the good things . Property is well maintained, Room size was decent. Upon check in 2 gentleman was there . They properly welcomed us . All restaurant staff was so nice & well behaved. Breakfast was nice too.
For 1 night stay I have ordered few times food through room service & dinner I went to their in house restaurant which was also very nice .
Over all I have spent a great time .
Now ending with a BAd experience. After breakfast, just to avoid issues in last moment , I went to reception. 1 tall lady was there . I asked her about my all outstanding. She told me some amount.
I wasn’t sure , how much exactly I have to pay as few room service bill was there . Restaurant ala crate order I have settled directly to restaurant.
So whatever that Mam told , o have paid & went back to my room .
Upon check out while leaving, they have stopped me while saying I have some pending bill to pay .
When I asked her u she didn’t gave me this bill when I was paying the other amount , she just kept quite .
I felt uncomfortable as if it showed I was leaving without paying after using the service.
Small small thing matters a lot . I have had a great experience. But how it ended when I was stepping out from the hotel it’s worst .

Awesome experience

Very comfortable and nice experience at the property. Enjoyed the stay. Staffs and executive were very courteous and polite. Especially Mr Vinoth from executive side and Mr Rohit from service side. Awesome experience. Thanks team Palomar.

Business trip at Chennai

This Sweet property is located sideways to ECR Road. Its newly constructed with all essential amenities, if not all. A go cart, flower nursery and a huge parking lot available close proximity to the hotel ( wasn't open during my stay) Hygenicity at best, food been prepared with special touch and well ventilated sitting areas. Thanks to Mr.Vinoth, the receptionist for all prompt services and necessary guidance.
And the best part, very close to Akkrai beach, if interested in morning sunrise..
