Amazing Service.Friendly Staff

Amazing service. Friendly staff. We needed an emergency delivery from Amazon.Mr.Shivam Chopra is very kind and helpful to help us out in this case. Security guard are also very helpful and guided us to Uber.Everyone greeted us with smile every time we entered the hotel. Homely feeling.Spacious hotel. Would love to recommend everyone visiting Delhi.

The rooms were not clean. So much fine dusts everywhere. The bedcovers were not clean. I wouldn’t recommend it if you are looking for a clean stay. The water to flush the toilet was not there. Had to fill the bucket to pour on the toilet. It wouldn’t be that hard to provide a clean facilities. Long way to go.

The room was quite and good, it's situated at busy street, but I hardly heard any noise from out side. The staff was co operative but not so friedly, a good reception and smiling was missing
