Excellent hotel for family stay

Very good hotel to stay very nice staff good location food is also good good hygiene over all good experiences at hotel
All the precautions like sanitisation, cleanliness, social distancing, masks, positioning of sanitiser at different points are taken care of. Further excellent cleanliness is maintained. Highly satisfied, as i was worried about hygiene and safety measures during my stay. Thanking all the staffs for the outstanding hospitality

Not good in any manner

Not so good. There was lizard in room. Rooms full of cigarette smell. Tissue paper roll given only on request. Only 1 cup in the room. No complementary water bottles. Cracked wash basin. It seems hotels in Jabalpur are overpriced but badly maintained. Just managed to pass the night here. We checked in at 4 pm on 14th June and when I requested for a late checkout the hotel receptionist was not so keen to offer that despite having ample empty rooms. My brother had to wait in their lobby and they dont even run AC in lobby. Overall a very poor experience.
Its just good enough for marriage parties.

Good place to stay, party and food

Good for Marriage Functions as they have a well maintained outdoor garden (2 gardens) and backup indoor arrangement as well. Stay also is good as rooms are nicely kept. Food is good in terms of variety and taste. Location also is decent enough as its not in crowded place and also not far from city. Good for tourists also, good for family and couples.

Decent 2 night stay in Jabalpur

This hotel is close to Bhedhaghat and Marble Rocks but it is on the highway. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast. There is scope for improvement of the breakfast menu.
Food is good, the manager and staff were very friendly.The room was very clean. Room service was excellent. Wi fi was poor and getting disconnected frequently.

Value for Money

Nice hotel but services are not upto the mark. I have to call room service minimum 3 to 4 times to get my call attained. Restaurant is quite good but location of hotel is far from community area, as I have to move long to be at city center area. You can try though.
