To be improved
I had some problems with the booking and he found the solution.
However, there are tips for travelers and the owner.
If you sleep in the rooms on the ground floor you will hear all the noises from toilet drains, screams etc (for me it was not a big problem but I write it for those who were)
The tuc tuc I thought it was a hotel service (the owner initially proposed it to us the day before) since it is located in the historic center and no one told us that it was for a fee (found on the account)
Breakfast started at 7.30am (travellers leave early) we had to ask ourselves to be served at 7.45am (I arrived at 7.25am and had a coffee made earlier) with the other guy who always seemed a bit annoyed (my impression)
However good the omelette.
The price was 43 euros initial with booking (I had to cancel and book through them for my problems) and there was no discount adding also the tuc tuc service of course 300 rupees total but HE KEPT A SMALL PERCENTAGE (since with my eyes that the driver gave him the rest from our money)
I mean, not very well seeing the potential you have

Worst hotel in my entire life
"Terrible people and terrible service. I have never seen such a rude person as Manish. He has no interest in providing service, just in charging money. We had booked two rooms there; on the first day, the AC wasn’t working in the room, and Manish made excuses about there being a power issue. Such a big hotel, but no backup at all. No hot water, no working AC, and even the fan barely works. After spending the whole day outside, there isn’t even a place to charge our phones—we have to charge them at the reception. And when we try to talk about these issues, he says, 'Get out of my hotel.'
They had sent us to KK Resorts in Jaisalmer desert, which was even worse. The whole place was full of bugs; such a large resort, but not a single fan. Cockroaches and bugs were everywhere, and we even saw a frog in one place. The person serving food was throwing a frog away with one hand and serving food with the other. The entire place was filthy. I have never seen such an arrogant and rude person as Manish, who tells guests to 'get out.' How can anyone stay without AC in such heat? If this fool can’t even understand that, then how is he running a hotel?"
