Excellent hotel

We stayed from 2nd to 6th December 2022 as a family group of 7.
We had rooms 302, 210 and 212.
302 is a large family room with a balcony looking over the pool area. Rooms 210 and 212 are smaller but still large enough for a double bed and a single bed.
The rooms are clean and well appointed with aircon, television, fridge and free WiFi.
The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay.
Breakfast is served on the ground floor and is very nice with fruit, cereals and hot cooked food.
There is a lovely roof top restaurant and the food there is fantastic.
There is a small swimming pool with showers and toilets.
The coffee is lovely.
Our overall stay was great.
The location of the hotel is just outside of the pink city area which is easily accessible by Tuk-Tuk's or taxi. Travel time around 10 minutes.
It is just off a busy road which is a short walk and has the benefits of restaurant's, bars and shops.
There is also a bus station on the main road.
I think the location is perfect, close enough to everything but not in the real hustle and bustle of the city.

Experiencing of pathetic service in a luxury property

Thank you, Dilip Sharma Restaurant manager And Rakesh Steward. For the pathetic experience ever in the luxury property
Such a rude behaviour with such a disorder service.,. Literally would not recommend to waste your time here . They literally have no sense how to serve food in a manner.
If the vegetable has been ordered It is served with parathas And if parathas are ordered, it has meant to be have with curd where code was not available. And when he served good, it was just a small bowl for six persons. Just to cover up their money, we were forced to have food unnecessarily when we asked to cancel the order

Comfortable stay close to central Jaipur

Comfortable large room with clean bathroom and accommodating staff. Good dinner and entertainment at night, however only option in the evening for dinner is to sit on rooftop terrace which is open and cold. Basic buffet breakfast. Noise at night if staying on top floor from chairs scraping on terrace however when mentioned room was changed following night.

nice and well maintained place

we stayed there on new year eve and enjoyed every bit of it. there are only 6 rooms at this moment.. we occupied 4 rooms out of that. starting from hi tea at front garden to dinner on roof with fire.... everything was served hot even after 11 pm.. . service was really very very good and taste of the food was ready good. thanks to the executive chef Balveer Singh... a great help. the GM Dilip sharma made sure that we get everything we wanted and there was no isue with quality of room or service at rooms or otherwise. it was extremely fine stay and I will recommend all this hotel... room are good size well ventilated.

Excellent

We stopped at the hotel in our trip from Agra to have lunch. The food is excellent and the place is quite impressive. Staff is first class and attention to detail is on top! Great place, very recommended!
