Pathetic Hospitality & Poor Response from the Team
The room was missing basic amenities such as handwash, there was no welcome drink, and my Radisson VIP tier was not recognised. Even after speaking to the Duty Manager twice, I was repeatedly told that he would get back to me, but there was no response.
Overall, a pathetic experience and response from the hotel team. Certainly not the standards one expects from Radisson Blu.
