Wonderful property
What to say about this little property! Stayed there with my friend for 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed everything. Though I have stayed in bigger properties in Goa but these guys are absolutely courteous and welcoming. They have all the basic amenities right from smooth check in to hot water, buffet breakfast and every room has a small balcony to relax in the evenings. Rooms are quiet neat and clean with TV etc. location is also fantastic away from hustle and bustle of the town. Would love to stay here any no of times.

The calm quiet place to stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.Rooms are specious clean and well decorated.Artisticaly decorated lobbys and landings dining room on ground floor with small swiming pool.Specially the food is mind boggling very tasty.Typical Goan fish starters served by cheff.I strongly recommend this hotel.Thanks to pawan and his team.

MR SAGAR the Modern day SCAMMER
We booked our hotel through goIbibo and as soon as we stepped in to the property we felt cheated.
1. As I mentioned earlier the booking was made through goibibo it was 9 adults and 5 kids but according to the manager(SAGAR) 7 adults and 5 kids were booked, even on showing our booking vouchers the manager didn't listen to our problems, it was only then we told him that we'll call the police he agreed to the booking made.
2. We all know that service charge isn't a compulsion but even then we were charged and the amount was added to the bill
3. The swimming pool timings are 10am-5pm, making it nearly impossible for any of the guests to use as its not at all appropriate with the check in and check out timings (the checkout time being 11 AM ,the guest would be busy packing up rather than using the pool).
4. Location of this hotel is 5 km from Panaji, so no type of public transport is available.
5. The pictures of this hotel are deceiving, the images and the reality of the rooms and the pool(as in the pictures the pool looks quite decent but in reality its really small for any adult to be used)are completely different.
In total if I had to sum it up, its a total scam

We have carefully considered your review and feedback and as per point no 1 of your review we feel regret that Our Ex-Manager Mr Sagar had misbehaved with you. You will appreciate the facts that after having a telephonic conversation with you we have immediately expelled him from the job.
But the other points are woven around the first one out of sheer frustration and disgust. With regards to the service charge it was with respect to extra mattress. Mr Sagar had failed to check your booking voucher were you have already paid for the extra mattress. However, as soon as we as a management came to know about the issue we have asked him to first check the booking voucher. Sir after checking your voucher Mr Sagar had deleted the Service Charges. So we feel that this is a wrong allegation. It was just a misunderstanding from our side and nothing else.
With regards to swimming pool timing the same was from 9.00 am to 6 pm and not 10am to 5pm. However, from your valuable feedback we have changed our timings from 8am to 10pm.
With regards to the location of our Hotel, I feel it’s an individual choice we have not compelled anyone to choose our Hotel. Further, at the time of your visit and as per your specification we have made the inquiry for a Car for which Charges were Rs 200/-, but you were not comfortable with the charges and you didn't travelled. Further, sir this is GOA and here people use either tourist car or bike for their travelling since public transport are not readily available.
With regards to the pictures and pools, we feel that you should have visited some 4/5 star hotel paying exorbitant rent. But we personally feel that our Hotel in the nearby vicinity is best in terms of price and facilities. It gives us immense pleasure that we have serve more than 10000 guests in last two years which were really happy and they are visiting again and again.
Please use proper words in your reviews since SCAM words are usually used for fraudster. We would like to inform you that proper inspection have been carried out by Goibibo, MMT, etc before approving the Hotel on their portal. So we have not uploaded any wrong pictures. However, image may differ slightly but in reality the hotel is really beautiful and one will have peace while staying.
