Located in Alto de Porvorim, The Postcard on The Mandovi River is near the airport. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Candolim Beach and Calangute Beach. Goa Science Centre and Splashdown Waterpark are also worth visiting. This hotel features a full-service spa, an outdoor pool, and a restaurant. Free full breakfast, free WiFi in public areas, and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include a bar/lounge, a rooftop terrace, and 24-hour room service. Change of towels is available on request. The Postcard on The Mandovi River offers 17 accommodations with safes and complimentary bottled water. Beds feature premium bedding. This Alto de Porvorim hotel provides complimentary wireless Internet access, with a speed of 250+ Mbps (good for 3–5 people or up to 10 devices). Espresso makers and minibars (stocked with some free items) are provided. Bathrooms include bathrobes, slippers, bidets, and complimentary toiletries. Indian Hospitality at its Best
This was my second stay at a Postcard Hotel, and once again, they exceeded every expectation. The team was exceptional. Every member of staff was not only incredibly warm and welcoming, but also highly professional, attentive and genuinely committed to making every guest feel at home. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.
The food was outstanding. Having been fortunate enough to stay at some of the world’s leading hotels, I can honestly say that the authentic Goan cuisine here was among the highlights of my trip. Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious.
What makes The Postcard so special is the feeling it leaves you with. I arrived feeling excited to explore India and left feeling completely rested, cared for and genuinely grateful for the experience. It’s a rare hotel that combines understated luxury with such heartfelt hospitality.
I cannot recommend The Postcard on the Mandovi River highly enough, and I already look forward to returning.

Exceptional Customer Serivce
After having visited North goa for years, this was a refreshing change to stay in South. Its located in a very quiet locality just at the Mandovi river, that it can give you rustic, Calming and luxurious vibes at the same time.
I had the Resort manager reach out to me a few days before and the day prior to my check-in to ensure my experience and their prep was in sync.
Oh boy as I reached at 3 in the afternoon, I was welcomed by their staff, the Front desk, and a person was really kind enough to not just get my hand and checked in bags through, from the cab --> room. But was waiting to take us on a tour of the property and show us around and explain about the amenities and the room. While this was very warm but over the top luxury feels.
The room was decorated by the staff as it was my wife's birthday, had a cake, balloons et al set up.
After some time decided to go for my dinner, they blew us away with the variety of spread, the taste, the service the hospitality and the recommendations from the F&B manager Abhijeet. What a guy. Legend level service. This was a decider for me as I did not want to travel to eat food. The food served was just brilliant.
The staff at the property was so brilliant that my 7 YO daughter fell in love with the attention she was given, be it in terms of her preferences for breakfast, toys / games / floaties in the pool.
My daughter had to just mention something, and it would magically appear.
While I would be sorry if I missed someone who truly made this trip extremely memorable for me, but Abhijeet (F&B), Dev (F&B), Suman (F&B), Shikha (Front Desk), Chan boy (Room Service) Jyoti (Room Service) & Mrinmoy (Room Service) Chef. Chiron & Chef. Prathamesh & Balisha (Spa); made this trip like a star-studded affair.
I loved the postcard hotel's concept of breakfast when you get up. 24 hrs Check in check out. These guys are going to give a run for their money to most of the 5* chains. Service and customer experience is par excellence.
I was luckily upgraded to a higher category room, not just that, but the stay overall is really good, they have you spoilt with a twice a day room cleaning, so you don't really feel lazy and feel really productive while working in the room, with a well-maintained room.
In all, Mr. Bharat who is the resort manager, made sure that their staff was at their best and the service provided was exceptional. I am definitely visiting this place again with my parents.
Worthwhile to note, the place is easily accessible by aged people with not much to walk, a lift available to access the rooms, good food options available and cooked on request, very easy to have comfort food for aged and the family travelling with children.
For a postcard lover, I had a pleasant surprise waiting in the room with their picture postcard bunch available in the room for the guests.
